Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations. We have been there a couple of times on a Friday evening, but left due to long wait times. We went at 4pm, no wait, the food and drinks were great. My husband had Atlantic salmon, and I had fish and chips. Everything was delicious. Our waiter was extremely attentive! He was friendly and helpful. I see why everyone wants to eat at BJ's. Go early, you'll appreciate the extra service.

My husband and I ordered the clam chowder bread bowls online. The soups were filled halfway for both and the flavor was off. If you were running out you could have called to offer a substitute instead of giving us bread for dinner ??

Hadn't been here for awhile, they have a lot more happy hour appetizers now which were really good and the happy hour drinks were good as well. We will be making this one of our go to places again for sure!!

This review can be applied to any BJ's restaurant in the country, because I've found that no matter where I go, the restaurant is ALWAYS the same in terms of quality of food, service, and ambiance. Let's start with the food, which is the only reason this review has as many stars as it does. I feel like BJ's punches above its weight when compared to other chain restaurants of this caliber. The food and drinks are regularly good, and we can always find something on the menu that will satisfy everyone. The ambiance is good with dim lighting, which we enjoy, but it's always very loud in there, so keep that in mind. But for some reason, no matter which BJ's we go to, no matter what day of the week or time of day, the service is ALWAYS. SO. SLOW. If you go during meal time, expect a long wait, longer than what the hostess will tell you, and it sucks that they don't do reservations except with giant parties. Expect to wait a long time for your food, a long time for your waiter/waitress, and a long time for the check. Even when we had our orders figured out before we even got to the table, and even when we asked for the check before they finished bringing out all the food, it still took our family over 2 HOURS to finally get our meal paid for and get out of the restaurant. And I want to reiterate that this is not just an issue with this particular restaurant; every single BJ's has this problem. I have no idea why. Oh and sometimes they'll get the orders wrong. But you know what? It takes so long for them to do anything that we never even bother to get it fixed, because that just means our 2 hour meal will become a 3 hour one. No wonder wait list times are so long. Honestly we rarely come to BJ's as a family anymore. The rare times we do go, it's usually because it's one of the only restaurants nearby that are open late, and my wife and I can get some drinks and appetizers and just relax for a couple hours without the kids and not care as much about the slow service.

I want to leave a 5 star review for Hailey/Haley. She's a rockstar and had about 13 tables when we came in for lunch today and as a server I know how stressful it can very well be without support. She didn't let the frustrations show an her face and had a great attitude. I wish the other restaurant staff would have helped her out a little bit during this time. I know it isn't their specific jobs but the host and take out employee were just sitting and talking and again I get that they're not the servers but if there's two people up front why not offer the team support and bus tables or get drinks for the people being sat to help hailey out? Overall good experience and keep up the amazing work hailey!
