My son wanted to go here because we would go to the Black Bear Diner in San Diego, but we had to agree it was not at all the same. The service was excellent from greeter to server, but the food wasn't great at all. The food didn't have the same quality as in San Diego, it lacked flavor and just wasn't good in general. Valerie is one of the nicest servers we've had in a while. Absolutely love the bacon mac and the bread pudding French toast Absolutely delicious. My family and I will definitely be back thank you guys.
