When I pay $21.00 for a pizza and a salad I expect quality! I ordered pizza online. When I got there I was told that it 'just needed to be cut' then I noticed that they were putting toppings on a pizza and putting it in the oven. When I asked where my pizza was I was told 'oh there was a mix-up' They hadn't even made it yet. She said 'its ok it will be made in a few minutes'. No apology. I noticed that no gloves were used when the toppings were put on the pizza and that she was touching her hair and her hat -- not washing her hands before handling the food. I was there for over 15 minutes waiting for it. Since i was the only one at a table, when it was ready they didn't bring it to me or offer a drink. She just said 'your pizza is here'. I was treated poorly like she was doing me a favor for making the pizza that I had ordered and paid for. I might be 65 years old but I don't need to be treated as less than a person. Like i was an 'inconvenience'. When I tried to call to complain no one would come to the phone so I had to leave a complaint online. This was the Blaze Pizza in Menifee.

The quality is consistently good, the ingredients are fresh, and the service never disappoints. They really know how to stand and deliver on great pizza every single time.

Really good food, star left off because i couldn't add anything to a fold and when i asked why they said they're not allowed to for some arbitrary reason. Its just a pizza folded in on itself so i don't get what the big deal is. I'm not trying to be a karen and i don't blame any of the employees just doing their jobs but that minor inconvenience will cost them a star.

Some of the most mentally incompetent workers I’ve come across in some time. Asked for a special that was a pepperoni pizza. The girl was rude to me because I asked for pepperoni to be left off half the pizza so it was only half pepperoni and half cheese… I legit got back talked to when this would have BENEFITED the company. And then when I explained that to her, she rudely says “That’s fine but be nicer next time.” Uhh… she just had to have the last word, didn’t she? I went there with my family three weekends per month. NEVER again will I go back. I’d encourage you reading this to go elsewhere as well.

Blaze was recommended by my neighbor who said they pile on the toppings so I tried it. The first pizza was amazing! Lots of toppings and a pile of arugula on top. Loved it!! The second time was just ok, average with toppings and arugula scattered around the pizza. Not sure if I'll try again.
Got my food wrong and they refused to fix it. Never again. Horrible service.

I love blaze pizza but they increased their prices drastically in the last year and I don’t think a personal pizza is worth $17 I’d rather go to another build your own pizza or Chipotle for cheaper

We've eaten here several times, and they never disappoint. I like the fact that I can build my own pizza with no restriction. The dough, as well as their fresh toppings, make it a really tasty pizza. For as many toppings as I order, it's worth the price. They have specials, and you can order ahead on their website.
Their pizza is about a medium-sized (11 inch) pizza with a thin crust. They have large size pizzas and different crust available as well ex. Gluten free & cauliflower crust.
The people here are always friendly. Nice atmosphere and the place wasn't as busy during lunchtime.

My build your own pizza was delicious. I am not a pizza lover, but every once in a while get a craving for pizza. I am new to Canyon Lake, first time ordering. I ordered standard crust, dollop of tomato sauce, ricotta, smoked ham, cherry tomatoes, arugula, olives, broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, grilled garlic, pineapple. Loved the pizza, it was perfect, delicious ?
