Was there tonight to pick up our takeout and you guys jipped us 5 wings out of our 20 and gave up 8 ranch’s instead?! The wings we did have were tasty though but it would have been nice to have all 20 out of 20. Definitely didn’t get what we paid for. Try better guys!

I'm sorry, but once you step into the men's restroom. It makes you question everything else. When you have gnats flying around urinal, the stench of urine and sewer back up.

Food was good after we finally got it. Service is horrible. Takes forever for a server to come to your table just to get your drink order. When they finally come back with your drinks, and take your order and you get your food, the server rarely comes back to check on you. Watched our server go back and sit down at a table in the back after we got our food. Didn't seem like anyone was in a hurry to help or check on their tables.

So this used to be one of my fav hang outs but over the past 2ish years their customer service dramatically dropped and their wings quality as well. I love the convenience of the location and the games on TV. Other than that pass… I hope they go back to their prompt and kind servers and outdoor seating and fix the messy wings sitch.

Very good very fast . Everything clean and tidy. Floor was okay its big restaurant with outdoor dining. Spacious as well as comfortable for sports watching . Loud music and on Thursdays boneless are on deals.

My first time trying buffalo wild wings and the wings were much smaller than expected and definitely not worth $18 for a 10 piece. They were tiny and barely had any meat on them. They also placed cheese on my burger and salad when I asked for no cheese and forgot my salad dressing as well. Mistakes happen but this is an honest rating based on my overall experience.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings, and while there were some positives, a few issues made the experience frustrating.
We waited about 15 minutes to be seated and another 10 minutes just to place our order. After that, it took around 34 minutes for the food to come out. When it finally arrived, the burger was very good—fresh and flavorful—but the fries were cold. I mentioned it to our server, and she handled it exceptionally well, bringing out a new, hot batch right away. Her professionalism and friendliness really stood out and made a difference.
Unfortunately, the bathroom situation was disappointing. When I went to use it, there was no toilet paper, the area was very dirty, and one of the stalls was clogged and unusable. That really took away from the overall experience and cleanliness expectations of a restaurant.
Waited over 40 mins for my small order of 6pc boneless chicken wings. My wings came out cold and was not worth the almost 14$ that I paid for. My wings were also really salty. I was disappointed with my order :/ Side not : Trader Joe’s sells a pack of good wings for only 7$ !

lee anne is amazing...friendly, curteous, and made me feel very welcome coming into the restaurant...she deserves a pat on the back and recognition for her dedication in her job...she makes my husband and i want to come back again and again....thank you lee anne for setting the tone for the great atmospere your restaurant provides for its customers...def a place to go again and again...and the food...exspecially ASIAN ZING is the best!!!

WoW My son picked this restaurant for his bday dinner. Absolutely 💯 DISAPPOINTING!!! BIRTHDAY BOY ordered 24.99 pick 6. No sauce on cheeseburger/ 10 piece wings / 2 sides tots & wedges. Strawberry lemonade!!! Pretty easy. Food came out COLD with Musturd on the burger. Long story short/ Manger Reese' came to the table calling us a liar, saying the food doesn't come out cold. Went on and on. Didnt fix anything. Didn't Care. Said too bad so sad!! Wish we never went. Horrible experience.

Food took over an hour from the moment we ordered to arrive to the table once it did arrive half of the plates were cold including the burger and for someone that travels for a living and has had a lot of food around America I know quality food when I have it and I know a well-temperatured burger wouldn't have it whatever arrived on our table full requested to speak to the manager Reese's instead of understanding and filling the burger himself he began to combat and argue that the burger was lukewarm and that he temperature tested it if I could take a Patty and hold it in the palm of my hand and feel cold radiating off of it I think I know what I'm talking about it. Instead of fixing an easy problem you sat there and argued with me at my table in front of my family that my food I am touching with my own hands is hot while i am holding it if it passed temperature test why did you not test it in front of me at my table
