My experience here was terrible, food was ok . Food was also cold , service was bad they seemed like they didn’t want customers there . But we still finished our meals . The girls there were just on there phones as well .This was on Thursday morning

I absolutely love Bushfire Kitchen. The food, atmosphere and service is always immaculate. If you're ever in the area you MUST try them out. You WON’T be disappointed.

We’ve been here more than 6 times since we moved in Winchester . It was a great experience. But today was not. We went there for lunch, 4 of us. I requested for ketchups, we were given only 2 though 3 of us had french fries. So, I went to the counter and requested for 3 more ketchups. I was told to wait and so I waited. The server gave me just ONE and she told me they are LOW ON KETCHUP. It was just weird, how could a huge restaurant serving burgers and fries would be LOW on condiments. I never had that an experience before. I felt it was really weird knowing they were CLOSED for Thanksgiving. Well, it was really a bad review not having enough ketchups and very low the fact that they just opened a few hours ago when we got there. They used to have bottles of ketchup. Just very unusual for a restaurant not having enough supply of ketchup during mid day…

Disappointed. This is the second time ordering from here and the second time they left items off our delivery order.
I tried calling and no one answers and voicemail is full, so no remedy available unless I want to drive all the way back.
