After coming to this place for almost 30 years, yes that's right 30 years the last few times the food was not good...changed all the time, not consistent most of the times but the final time turned me off totally. Had the same taco salad that I have every week....The lettuce was dripping in water, ran into the shell that became mush and had to look to find the shredded beef. Chips were horrible, not like used to be, not home made as in the past., thick and cold and sauce was tomato paste of soup out of a can. This place has really fallen down and was always a favorite place to take friends and family. No longer the same quality. Too bad and even with the owner now in presence not same food. Must have new cooks that she isn't training!

Fellow person order his usual meal and said quality has gone down And definitely so with money Ordered my ususal taco salad Cook forgot meat portion But the cook also forgot yo drain the lettuce as it was dripping water and the whole shell fell away Worst was tfw stale chips Had better than everything there in the past 25 years of eating there If I wanted quick drive thru del taco was fast and better Hate to say but del taco was much better than this For a sit down meal was very disappointing

Great food. Service was great too. Brie, Miguel always amazing. My Beautiful Wife and I love this place. We probably visit here twice a week. So yes are regulars. Jenny is also A Awesome server and is very friendly. Thank you Carnitas Express, we will see you soon.

This place has always been very good on service and food. They do not charge for extra chips which is a huge plus. Salsa is good, which is how I judge a Mexican restaurant. Large variety of options, friendly people, always busy. Great specials, breakfast specials till 11 then lunch specials from 11-9pm. You can always get a special. They started with a small space and expanded to two addition suites. If you looking for good Mexican food, day or night, great choice.

Food was lacking flavor this time. Service was good and restaurant was clean. Half of my order never showed up, they removed from the bill. Lots of choices and they do have a bar with sports on screens. They have lota of beer selections and even a happy hour special. Fries and pancakes are always a good choice. The nachos were lacking.

We went to Cantina Express in Menifee and had a great time! The food was super yummy and didn’t cost too much. Hector was really nice and helped us with everything we needed.
Great little spot. Large portions of food and staff was great. Margaritas were on point too. Definitely coming here again.

The worst customer service was horrible , meat was overpriced and overcooked. I do not recommend. They did not have a manger on site and was unable to speak to anyone and no one in regards to the food being cold when served, no one tried to make the situation better, left very dissatisfied and disappointed
