Be sure to triple check your phone orders. I placed an order for two breakfast burritos and asked to add bacon, sausage and ham. No big deal right, two breakfast burritos. I arrive and total is $20 dollars. I pay and think nothing of it. Get home and only one burrito is in the bag, my fault for not checking at pick up. Call back and talk to the same girl who was nonchalant about it and said well I only heard for one. I said, $20 though? Yeah well, you did ask for extras. Good to know that the employee could care less and I can go to Yellow Basket or another place in Menifee for two breakfast burritos for that price. Won't be back, wasn't that great anyway.

We celebrated our mom’s 80th Birthday. 30 guest total. Food, service, atmosphere was great! We continue on going and we continue on receiving great service and food!

Food poisoning review- We were here on Tuesday night and all ordered different items with different meats. The only item we had in common was the guacamole, which we ordered a large order for the table. My husband, mom, and myself all ended up with the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever experienced. We had to miss work for two days because we were so incredibly sick with throwing up. I called the restaurant today and spoke to Roger to make him aware that we got sick, to which he became very argumentative saying there’s no way that it’s was from them and that we can’t prove it. I told him it’s the only
Meal we had all day where we all had an item that was similar. He continued to argue with me. I expressed to him again that I was just trying to make him aware that maybe that day the kitchen staff either used expired food or it wasn’t prepared properly, but either way we were sick from his establishment. He then goes on to tell me it’s not them and that there must be a stomach flu going around. It’s really sad that this owner didn’t care that his establishment made his customers sick and instead chose to argue. This is the last time we’ll ever go here, and so will be for the large ladies group that meets here. Please be cautious eating here, you don’t want to end up terribly sick like we did.

I am absolutely disappointed with today's visit. I was treated oddly when I asked to eat outside and by myself. I questioned a mysterious $1 charge on my bill that reads "open food"
They charged me for lettuce on top of my side of beans. A $1 without letting me know. Also I eat here quite often and usually order to go and still eat outside. Never been charged extra. I will not be going back.
You should inform your guests of up charges. Disappointed

Tried this place for the first time, and i will definitely be back. Service was good, no wait to be seated, and the waitress was attentive. The food was delicious. Best red sauce i have had on an enchilada, and i am usually not a huge red sauce fan.

If you are in Sun City, give this place a try! For about the price of fast food you can sit down and receive excellent service as well as much high quality of food, in just about the same amount of time you are waiting in the drive thru.

We decided to try it again after about 5 months, and we are glad we did our food was very good.
Our waitress was very tentative to not only our table but her entire section.
We are so glad we decided to give Casa Jimenez another try.
We will return & recommend others to try it.
The old saying word of mouth is the best advertisement, for any business.

Well, it took me a while to find this place because I had a go-to place, but it shut down. I tried a couple of other places but was still on the hunt for a small family type Mexican restaurant. I say hit the jackpot as I have been back 4 or 5 times since finding this place about a month ago.
