The worst food I've ever eaten in my life not even being a Karen just oil is old orange chicken was terrible tasted old dry and fishy noodles were extra dry and tasted worse than the frozen bag you can make at home Im going out of my way a while day later to write a review I will not be eaten here for a long time unless they change some things around they need a quality check ASAP

Nasty. Has no taste. I'm so mad I just wasted 10.66 I almost wanna warn people that is walking in. Not worth the drive the money, just nasty. Then when I walked In I saw the tall lady blow her nose into a tissue and not wash her hands then was attempting to share something out. Just nasty. I couldnt hear the lady taking my order idk if she had a mask on but just gross. Even the soy sauce has no taste and I tried to use it to add something why doesn't the sweet and sour come with sauce on it? The chow mein was inedible the rice and orange chicken was the only thing edible and not by much. Just nasty almost like it was frozen stuff they warmed up. Ew.

A few months ago Cathay was the best chinese food we found in the area. We loved it and would order it all the time.
Not sure what happened but the quality of food fell off and the past two experiences confirmed a change in something. Safe to say we wont be ordering or recommending Cathay any more. Found better tasting food at China Bros.
Hope our experience was a one off and everyone else has better experiences here

Very unprofessional with service. Placed an order online, the told me to wait in register line.. I did .. then they told me it’s not ready, they then proceeded to taking 4 more customers orders in line .. the made my order… food tastes like left over frozen Chinese. Not good quality at all. Will not be going back. Very rude to there employees as well. Take the drama at home.

Needless to say I didn't order. I walked in to see a gentleman ordering, as he went to pay for his food he had a question about something on the menu. No big deal right. Nope it was a big deal. As he was asking the lady behind the counter decided she want to argue with him. He stayed calm and spoke in a soft voice trying not to make scene. He was asking about one item and she was telling him it was not right pio ting at a different item. After seeing the unprofessional approach. I took my business somewhere else. Not a great first impression. Will not return

I went ahead and tried this place because I saw the good reviews and I am totally convinced whoever thinks this place is good has no good judgment in flavor. Everything lacks flavor and is bland. Sure the prices are cheaper than other places but overall is just not worth it. Plus I went on a Saturday night and it was so packed door out the line and just for it to be bland was a disappointment 🥲

I have been out of state for 7 years and was delighted that the flavors and quality are still the same. I cannot say the same for the winchester store thats 5 minutes from home. I will gladly drive the 20 minutes for quality food

The food has gone way down hill. We’ve been eating here for 20+ years. It’s been a while since we’ve been but we went today and the food was different, not as it used to be. Their sweet n sour sauce has changed and it’s horrible. Idk what happened but they need to go back to the OG way.

Food was terrible ! 😞 beef n broccoli the beef tasted like freezer burn and these noodles tasted as they were overly oiled . I’m super bummed I use to like coming here til now . Not even soy sauce could save the day. My whole meal gone in the trash I couldn’t even eat it .
