I love chick fil an and they are always on point. But for some reason today they took a long time through the drive through. I only ordered a southwest salad and some strips. And the cars were moving slow. And it was not busy. But at the end of the day I got my food and it was good.

This place is horrible. They laid off a bunch of workers. They don’t treat their employees correctly. Service is horrible. The Atosphere is just horrible. I will never be coming back here. Just over all waste of time and money.

Service is horrible! The managers and directors are horrible. Orders get messed up all the time due to the fact to many young employees talking and not doing there jobs right . I work hard for my money and to get short changed on the order and have to go all the way back to not get when gas is still high to not get it resolved the right way .

So usually I go to the Chic-fil-A in Murrieta but this one is a little closer. Since my wife and I are seniors, we always ask for the free senior drink with our meal. We did the same here at Manafee but were only allowed one senior drink for the two of us. So I asked the cashier if my wife and I came in and each ordered separately would we each get a free senior drink and she said that one free senior drink per order that was the rule. I know this is petty, but these petty things build up and I guess I will go back to Murrieta. Sometime ask me to tell you about the Mexican restaurant we no longer go to because they charge for a second basket of chips. By the way, they went out of business.

Make sure you check your orders all the time, they tend to always forget something. They tend to forget sauces even though they are ordered, they tend to forget to add food items and when I called all they said was they could add it to my account. What does that even mean Definitely need more help from management.

Lowest rated chickfila in Riverside County for a reason. Everytime we get fries from here we have to ask to please fill them all the way up. It's happened with 4 separate orders. Each time we order 3 fries and they look like someone ate 30% of them. I'm assuming it's the individual stores policy. Every other chick fila has fries spill over they fill them so high. This one looks like someone already ate a good portion of them. We won't be going back despite the convenience of it being closer to us

I got a bad tomato in my sandwich , they put 2 slices in the sandwich. if it's something you wouldn't eat why to put it on someone else's food..

After last night I've lost complete confidence in this chick fil a. I placed an order through the app and used my rewards for 2 items and I approved the payment, some how the store removed my free items and charged a completely different amount so now I will not only need to check for missing or wrong items, I'll also have to make sure I'm not being overcharged. Management needs to get it together already.
