Chips and guacamole as always are amazing and fresh. But on DoorDash, I specifically asked for a burrito and got a bowl. When I reported it on DoorDash they said nothing could be done. Obviously I am going to eat the bowl cause im not gonna let it go to waste but my issue is that is it really that difficult to read what the receipt says when it so clearly says “Burrito” and not “Bowl”

The male worker today working at 1pm was completely rude and not a good service worker. Was being extremely nice and was met with a rude attitude. Working is not easy, but with someone being nice to you and you’re still mean, just means that you’re a rude person. Being rude to my elderly grandmother and I. I never write reviews on people and just tell them how I feel. The cashier was extremely nice and also the other female worker at that same time. Could have been a better experience and he basically threw my burrito to his coworker to finish it. Disrespectful.

Beware if you order online, double-check the order before you leave to ensure it’s correct so you don’t have to deal with the unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude staff. We had to drive back to this location after discovering we didn’t receive the right item in our online order that we’ve been placing with zero problems before this incident. We are not the type to make a fuss over these issues as we’re aware they happen, as long as the business can make it right for us. However, after letting the staff know about the incorrect item, we were met with an incredibly rude and disrespectful staff member who was completely out of line over THEIR error, who then proceeded to make our order out of sight in the back. A refund probably would’ve been better at this point… because who can trust the food you’re eating when the person making it is acting like that for no reason and making your food out of sight. We will not be returning to this location ever again, as they should consider ensuring their restaurant is employed by decent and non-disrespectful employees that treat non-problematic customers right.

Generally speaking, the sign of a good food location like this is that you don't totally remember every trip to it. To that end, I can't recall I time I've had a bad experience here. There was one time where our pickup order was missing a protein on one of the orders...a surprise to everyone. It was quickly corrected and I went on with my life. Either a sign of Chipotle as a whole or how this location is ran...either way, it's meeting my expectations and now here is this review.
Food is great. Service was on point. The place was a bit dirty. I don't like to see the counter where the food is dirty. They need to stay on top of that even if it gets busy. Also, I had to wait for 2 options, the grilled veggies and chicken. Other than those 2 complaints the food is/was good.

I had the smallest portions ever served to me yesterday for the family. It was a take out order. In addition, they left out guac that was ordered and paid for, and rice. I know they are trying to save money but don’t steal from your customers.

They were out of everything. No onions, bell peppers, meat selection. I waited a long time for service. There was a long line. The grill was burned black. I have never seen this place like this. We just decided to leave.
