If you don’t like your job don’t work then. Pretty bad when the manager has an attitude with customers. Apparently chit chatting with her friends/past employees is more important than the long lunch line that was there. Will go to another chipotle from now on. No sense of urgency what so ever. The new girl was very nice and always smiled.

I had an online pick-up order scheduled for 3:20 p.m. I picked up my food and planned to sit and eat, but even though the restaurant was completely empty, a man chose to sit directly in front of me, as if we were about to face each other to eat. It made me uncomfortable, so I left the restaurant entirely.
I had errands and work to do, so I drove all the way to Temecula before finally opening my food. When I did, I realized the salad I ordered didn’t have any salad mix at all — it was literally just a bowl of rice. Because I was already working and had driven to Temecula, I couldn’t go back right away. I also couldn’t justify buying more food after already paying for this order, so I ended up waiting the entire day without eating.
When I was finally able to return to that location later that night, I was told that because it was an online order, I would need to contact them online. I didn’t receive an apology for the mistake, any acknowledgment of the inconvenience, or any compensation for a completely incorrect order that affected my entire day.
I didn’t get to eat, I didn’t get a refund, and I didn’t get any apology. I won’t be returning to this location.

Small portions and charges for sides if you get 2 of the same item despite the combos comming with 3 sides... not a very good dinning establishment

Prices ok but the portions are extremely inconsistent. Sometimes a lot and sometimes a little. Seems to vary if you order online/app vs in person. Also have a tendency to mess up orders. Missing items.

It's ok , just horrible service the girls working there ain't to motivated on getting customers orders . I waited more than 15 min for the grilled chicken after she had already made my burrito 🌯 which got cold . While I waited for my chicken 🍜 bowl.

Terrible went in at 12:00 on a Saturday nobody in line staff was the worst all around the food was dried up cooked to death chicken all dried up. Barbacoa was empty with a tiny bit in the pan was sitting all day and blackened dried out completely the barbacoa burrito had hardly any meat. This isn’t even close to Mexican style where the meat is the main ingredient the people working there were like dead faced when I asked how they were doing today and was way more friendly than they were. Nobody will go back when service is this bad and explains why nobody was there on a Saturday at 12:00

Maybe open on time?! Gonna tell me you aren’t open 5 mins from when you are supposed to, totally understandable but if I wait those 5 mins and you open at 10:30am. OPEN at 10:30am Not surprised, another sloppy chipotle. TRY IKES sandwiches next door! Way better option and customer service is on point

Hands down Best location I’ve gone to literally in the last few years. I’m a truck driver and I was passing through. I got some Barbacoa tacos. Not only was all of the toppings very fresh and this was around 3 o’clock in the day, but it was a nice amount. I also got the chips and queso. I don’t think the queso was as fresh but the chips was and that’s something that’s extremely hard to get fresh but all in all I still enjoyed and love my experience from this location. Wanted to give you guys a shout out tell you how wonderful you did for a takeout my DoorDash brought it within minutes of getting it so it was still hot much prosperity and again you guys were great.
