Coyote Taqueria is a fast casual restaurant with a friendly and welcoming staff. The food is absolutely amazing, outstanding, and always good, with a lot of flavor. Everything tastes fresh and authentic. Popular items include tacos, such as Adobada, Carne Asada, Birria, and Al Pastor, which are loaded on big corn tortillas. The Carne Asada Fries are loaded, flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. The Quesa Taco de Birria is incredibly juicy with rich consommé, and the California Burrito is also excellent. Their selection of aguas frescas is big and delicious.
The restaurant has two separate rooms: one for ordering and seating, and the other for pick-up and condiments. Customers order at the first counter, then head to the kitchen area where their ticket number is called. When the number is called, the food is made to order right there, allowing customers to customize their tacos and pick and choose their toppings. The cooks are fast, so customers should be ready. The customer service is outstanding, friendly, fast, and accommodating.
The place is often very busy, but food is served fairly quickly. It is highly recommended and a definite spot to try.
