Slow service. Flavor is off. Feels like the ingredients should taste more refined like half and half, whipped creàm this taste like whole milk. They will only give you a spoon if you ask for one they are in such a rush. My recommendation is to NOT try this place. I know what nitrogen ice cream is supposed to taste like...rich, cream flavor on your palette this is just trashy. Thumbs down.

Looks like they finally figured out how to hire nice people. I went in this week and had my faith in this business restored. Two young women which I was defensively waiting for the usual weird treatment, but no they acted like they were happy to see me. I love their ice cream and glad I hung in there with this place. I tried to get names but couldn't hear clearly but one was Shar I think and the other had purple in hair. But I don't put names if service is bad somewhere.

I don't mind paying top price as long as it tastes good. My order consisted of both nitro shakes and ice-cream and neither tasted good. The shake especially tasted like milk with lots of sugar, that was it. The strawberry shake tasted like milk with nesquick. The 2 star is for how quick they were made but the taste was awful I had to throw them away even though they were $10 each.

Missing a topping on my ice cream. Didn't realize until I got home and called to verify if they ran out or to at least be credited the cost of the topping for a future visit. I believe it was the owner who I spoke to which basically denied it and rather than work out some resolution, simply hung up on me. Will no longer support a business who isn't willing to address an issue that is so small and could have been easily resolved. My suggestion to the owner, check your cameras if you feel so strongly before discrediting a customer. Will never come back after that.

I come to this location whenever I am visiting my sister. The employees are always kind. The location is clean. The ice cream is very creamy and good! In my opinion, it is pricey but nowadays, what isn't? Due to the price, I wouldn't be a frequent customer but on a day that I want a good ice cream, this would be the place I would go to.

It was very busy. We had to wait for over 30 minutes to receive our orders. The two ladies were working as fast as they could sland were very pleasant, despite the rush. The ladies did a great job under duress. They were pleasant and polite. Definitely needs more staffing

This newer location is tucked away and almost hidden. Glad I used google maps to find it.We parked and walked over. It almost seemed closed as it looks a little dark at night. We opened the door and the bright creamistry inside design said we were in the right place. Other people were enjoying their custom ordered ice cream. We stared at the menu board fro a second, then placed our order.You first choose a base, then a flavor, then ingredients that you can either have mixed in or as a topping. I chose a regular mint m&m and my girl got a regular strawberry with strawberries and cheesecake as toppings.Once our order was complete another employee came out from the back and the magic began. Liquid ingredients went into the mixing bowl, she attached it to the mixer and turned on the nitrogen, spreading freezing smoke throughout the mixing area and freezing the ice cream. She disconnected the bowl and slid it across the counter to the next team member that puts on the final touches before serving it. Then the start on the next order.So amazingly quick. It looks like so much going on with all the ingredients and mixing process. What amazes me is it’s faster to make ice cream than getting a coffee at Starbucks. End product is a firm perfect tasting ice cream exactly as I ordered.We love this place and it’s a preferred way to get ice cream.

The best ice cream I have ever had! I live an hour away and every time I go I always stock up on ice cream!! It's so nice and creamy. The customer service is great! Looking forward to another hour drive! Definitely recommend!!!!

Came here for the first time to get a cake for my son...cake was delicious...whole family loved it and cake was perfect and looked perfect...5 stars for the cake but 3 stars for customer service...when me and my wife came in i had a question for the young girl working the counter...i asked her what flavor the cake was and if it was peanut free...i asked the girl 3 times and i swear it was uncomfortable because she just stared at me and my wife and just doesnt know anything ...their was another family in there and they were so friendly they even tried to help and answer the question for me...the husband even looked up at the menu and told me i feel thats it...thank you for the couple for the help and shame on the young girl working there...she didnt know what she was doing...and i think it was the owner A guy behind counter wasnt to friendly either...my advice is nice to customers...cake is good but overall customer service needs some help...
