I made an online order and had to cancel because I drove to wrong location. Called and the supervisor was the meanest and told me no! She needs to do better, she’s not treating customers well at all, her behavior was beyond professional/ manager role.
Rocio was so nice. After ordering I realized I ordered more fries than I needed. She gave me refund with no issue

Placed an online order at 6pm for a 6:12 pickup, didn’t get it until 6:40pm. This location has done this multiple times with my online orders.

Every Time at the new north lake in Charlotte location the food comes cold out of the kitchen. Medium heat chicken comes out lacking any heat at all. Food should be hot when it leaves the kitchen but their normal is serving cold food. Cashier was grumpy as well. I am disappointed with this location. I would like my food Hot not cold!!!
