Dave's Hot Chicken

Every Time at the new north lake in Charlotte location the food comes cold out of the kitchen. Medium heat chicken comes out lacking any heat at all. Food should be hot when it leaves the kitchen but their normal is serving cold food. Cashier was grumpy as well. I am disappointed with this location. I would like my food Hot not cold!!!

just close srry but the chicken is not good mac & cheese was the only thing good and the fries was good only cause I got cheese added needles to say it's a no for me

Update / correction: disregard my comment about size of drink , young lady handed us the wrong size glass / cup. Staff was pleasant, nothing special, food was good but very pricey for the portions size, ($2.19 for a small and I do mean small fountain drink, like a 4 - 5 ounce clear cup) especially considering there are probably 10 other chicken restaurants in the area. Not sure if we’ll be back? 🤷🏻‍♂️

We had a couple of employees with birthdays this week that wanted to try Dave's Hot Chicken. We placed an online order for 14 people at the Palm Beach Lakes location and picked up the order. Got back to the office to find they accidentally shorted us 4 orders. No big deal. We called to square up with them and they told us we were wrong and there was no way they made a mistake. Actually hung up on us when we called to discuss. Nothing like providing superior customer service to insure repeat customers. Guess we will continue do our work Birthday lunches elsewhere, perhaps Raising Canes!

$12 for 2 chicken tenders...$45 for 8 piece meal...hope it is flaked in gold to be worth it...no thanks

I went to Dave’s hot chicken I ordered my food didn’t look at it until I got home and got someone else order but I wouldn’t go back because it was a 30 minute drive was upset bout not getting what I paid for.

Good but a bit expensive & the combos don't come with a drink. $20-25 per person for fast food! Long wait for food also.

So far I’ve been to the new location in Chesterfield, MO. Tastes just like the one on N Western, (iykyk) amazing!!

What’s the point in having a phone if your not going to answer

Save your money. We tried it and although the food was ok, the 45 min wait after ordering wasn't pleasant but due to the size of the crowd, it was tolerated. The nasty attitude of the employees was as bad as the nastiness and cleanliness of the store. People were standing around everywhere, sitting on tables and the trash buns waiting, acting like it was a social nightclub rather than a restaurant. The staff was RUDE and if it was my store, they would have been fired on the spot. NEVER AGAIN.

So, I went to Dave's Hot Chicken in Appleton, WI. I ordered 4 things, I only got 2 things back. I didn’t check before I came home. I called twice and no response, and no voicemail box for me to leave a message. The customer service was great, but this was not a good first time experience.

Very crispy yet juicy chicken!!! Absolutely delicious, huge plate of food for the price!!!

Fantastic place. It's a bit expensive but you get a ton of food. Top-notch chicken and plenty of extras. Come hungry!
