Everytime I come to drive thru order gets messed up one time I ordered two del beef burritos paid for them got home I had two bean burritos. Yesterday I ordered thru drive thru one of the items was a $7.00 box meal get home and it was missing the mini quesadilla check your orders before you leave drive thru when you get home its to late

Del taco gets most of my fast food dollars. They've the best French fries you can get anywhere. But this Menifee location, I want to know what day they make their fries, because I seem to get them the off days. About the last 5 visits the fries should have been considered unservable, and this is during lunch hours, when fries should be selling like crazy. When I visited another location after leaving Disneyland at 9pm, I was reminded how damm good they are.

Excellent customer service w/ Great Vibes from the cashier. My only complaints were... I asked for the largest size with my combo expecting macho fries in a cup,didn't happen... oh and I also had to get back in line just to ask for ketchup fory large fries .The last thing was that the table tops were clean, but the seats were NASTY. I had to shake the shredded cheese and lettuce off my pants when I left .

I ordered two double Del they both had chopped bacon and chopped tomatoes they don't have tomato slices there? Or strips of bacon? Everything else there is on point they're pretty fast here the place is always packed they do cook your food good. UPDaTE... Went the other night the fries were double dunked they were horrible and cold and greasy. Ordered the double Dell with bacon.... Surprise no bacon. It was cooked like crap anyway.

Yeah, a food was good. Customer service was good. The only thing I didn’t like was that they switched to screen and all my orders like everywhere I go there. It’s like custom-made and I can’t even like customize my order so if I can’t customize my order, it’s really not that good but we got somebody to help us.

They never call your name. She claimed she did on April 25th 2025. Truth is they never call your name. They let the food sit. This has happened quite a few times
Horrible customer service. I had ordered a plain cheese quesadilla and they gave me a steak quesadilla. It was Ash Wednesday and I don't eat meat. The guy gave me attitude when I asked for a new one. I ended up eating the meat quesadilla because he was just going to throw it out. I then asked for some ketchup and he just threw it on the counter and turned his back. As we were eating our dinner, I could hear him cussing behind the counter. Never going back. We were hoping to have a nice, quick dinner but this employee ruined it with his rude attitude.
