Idk what's going on but their pizzas are flavorless. Taste like someone opened a tomato can and poured it on top of some bread. The cheese is goofy looks fake im very disappointed in my $30 stuffed parmesean pizza. Not worth the money. My mom makes a better pizza from scratch you can just appreciate the quality ingredients and flavor. Nice staff though
Domino's mobile app screwed us out of $43 cause it gave errors and still charged us and the service in store was atrocious and not helpful at all. This place is nothing but useless.
Pizza was burnt some, but they brought me the frosting they forgot at delivery, ya know so so-so
Usually we order from here and just suck it up cause we’re hungry. Tonight they hit a new low. The thin crust pepperoni somehow had a smidge of flavor meanwhile, they didn’t use the garlic crust topper on our hand tossed which managed to highlight how truly, TRULY flavorless the olive and cheese pizza was. One topping large for $12 (thankfully we got a coupon) just to end up having less flavor than a piece of buttered toast. I’m not joking. The decline in the quality at this location is astonishing. And at $40 with tip to the driver, this is the last time we will be ordering from this location. I hope this store closes and a quality pizza spot takes its spot, this store doesn’t deserve to remain in business, they’re not serving anything worth paying for. Save your money and spend it elsewhere. Trust me.
Friendly services
Avoid this domino’s! I’ve ordered a couple times from this one specifically and there’s always something wrong I tried giving it multiple chances because its closest to my house but honestly I don’t mind driving to the one on scott rd to get better service and pizza! This was the last straw so disappointed.
Had a bad experience a year ago, tried it again. Had another bad experience. Will just be skipping this one from now on. Employees try hard, just not enough of them during busy times.
Been ordering for 8 years. Several years ago they used to make bomb pizza they would hook it up you could taste the cheese and sauce. They lost there touch 5 years ago. Everytime I order pizza there's hardly any sauce, pizza is always dry. When I pay for extra sauce on the pizza they rarely even put it. Had to stop ordering pasta due to them NEVER putting Alfreda sauce. Everytime I would order it would come dry never any sauce had to call an complain they would make a new one send me another one still without any sauce. Domino's is the worst pizza place ever. They suck at making pizza not worth the money your better off getting cardboard they constantly let us down.
Review of Domino’s Pizza – Manager Junior
I regret to say that my experience with Domino’s tonight was one of the most appalling I’ve ever encountered with any business, and it needs to be addressed immediately. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service at this location, led by the manager Junior, is absolutely unacceptable and will not go unreported.
We waited over two hours for a pizza that never arrived. When we called to inquire, the staff, instead of offering solutions or even basic courtesy, were disrespectful and dismissive, keeping us on hold for 15 minutes at a time and hanging up on us multiple times. This level of behavior is beyond unprofessional and completely inappropriate for employees on the clock.
Adding insult to injury, our cousin—who lives next door—did receive their pizza, but the driver, Allysa, didn’t even knock or ring the doorbell, instead leaving it outside on the porch where it had a chance to go cold. This same driver was supposed to deliver our pizza, yet we were left empty-handed with zero communication or accountability from the staff.
When I called back from another phone to act as if I wanted to place an order, I was able to uncover more troubling behavior. The staff blatantly lied to us multiple times. They initially claimed they were just 5 minutes away, then later changed their story and said the pizza was “just about to go out.” The lack of honesty and coordination is staggering.
After being fed up with the treatment, we ended up going to the Railroad Canyon location, where the service was seamless and absolutely perfect. We received our pizza without any hassle or disrespect. By the time the pizza from Junior’s location finally arrived—a full five minutes before we returned with the fresh one from Railroad Canyon—it was far too late. At that point, we were left questioning the integrity of the pizza delivered from Junior’s location. Considering how disgruntled the employees were, we had no way of knowing if it had been tampered with. Needless to say, it went straight into the trash.
I let the staff know that I would be contacting corporate and informing them of this ordeal, including which calls to review. Rest assured, I am not stopping until this matter is escalated. The service tonight was not just poor—it was horrific. No customer should ever have to endure this type of experience, especially during the holidays when many of us are trying to enjoy quality time with family and friends.
Manager Junior, if you are reading this, I hope you understand the gravity of your team’s failure to provide even the most basic level of customer service. I also want to make it abundantly clear to corporate that this location is not meeting Domino’s standards. I expect to see changes and accountability as a result of this review.
To anyone reading this and considering placing an order here, be warned: if this is the service you can expect, take your business elsewhere. For a hassle-free experience, Railroad Canyon Domino’s is the place to go.
I have always had good experiences with the people at this store. The food is good and always as expected.
I do have a problem with paying a $6 delivery fee and then giving a tip for delivery. Why am I paying a delivery fee to dominos if the driver is doing the work? Do you give that fee to your driver? I doubt that. You are doing a disservice to me and your driver! Im sure many people don't tip the driver because of the fee.

Well, I can’t use the app. I can’t use the app to change my email or my password or sign in. So I miss an opportunity to build up free food but I order from here a lot. Plus, I can’t get the emergency pizza. I guess I’ll have to order somewhere else. Maybe Giovanni‘sand I’m Italian so I love pizza

Every Wednesday two or three times a month a place a Domino’s order to feed my family for or the last two years. Yesterday I placed my order for a future pick up when I got to the store. I tracked a pizza through the app and it said it was just getting placed in the oven once it said my order was ready. I went to the store to let them know that my pizza was ready. A young girl with purple hair went to the pick up station couldn’t find my order came back and said nope We don’t have it and walked away, ignoring me. I pulled up my app. She came back couple minutes later asking can I help you? I showed her the app. She took the phone out of my hand, walk to the pick up station walk to where they making pizzas. Another coworker reach on top of the oven and pulled a box down and said yeah that’s it. The girl with the purple hair came back said nope we don’t have it and started smiling and laughing like she thought it was funny. She then said she will ring it up and they can make it right now. She then said the total was gonna be $83 when the original order was only $40 when I brought this up to her attention and told her I use the 50% off coupon that’s being advertised. She started laughing, and said that’s only online and you’re in store now. She then said I can go on my phone and replace the order when I ask how long it’s gonna take she started laughing, smiling and giggling saying it’s gonna take 10 minutes to do this experience I was not going to wait to find out that 10 minutes turned into 20-30-40. There’s no reason anybody should have such bad customer service towards their customers. To do this, I will never be returning to this location
