I showed up 4 minutes early and they immediately brought me two pizzas that were not anywhere near hot or warm, and that had crust so dried out that it tasted like we were eating crackers. As a former Pizza Place manager, I thought: How in the hell do you screw up pizzas so badly? Strike Two.

Sorry but this is just not acceptable. Starting Apri 1st fast food workers are going to be paid $20 an hour for poor quality! So many air bubbles we cannot eat 4 pieces. The white sauce had so many bubbles they cut the pieces to fit with the bubble instead of making a new pizza. Worst part was it was delivery so we just handed the driver his tip and accepted the pizza had he shown us the pizza qualitity we would have declind the food.

Literally the worst dominos ever! Not only did all 3 of my pizzas come dry, but the person who prepared it had the nerve to just "throw" these unbaked (cold) sausages on my pizza and send it off for delivery. To top it off I called and asked the speak with the manager. The girl came back to the phone and said he wants to know what you want?! Wait,,,, what??????,

Order online. When I got the phone call that it was leaving the store, the driver called to say that didn't have salad I ordered 40 minutes before. He said I could get store credit. I did not want store credit since I do not order or live by Dominos. After arguing with manager for 10 minutes, they gave us pizza instead. The order finally arrived after a hour since I placed the order. Was not happy with the customer service I received by the manager. Order was placed on Jan. 15, 2024.

This Domino's is a pick up and delivery franchise. The last time I picked up from the store I had a few minutes to wait. The entire layout is opened no walls. You can watch the dough being manipulated, toppings going on, to sliding it in the oven. This was a weekday night and they were putting out pizzas for pick up and delivery like it was an hour before SuperBowl kick off. I am a bonafide pizza freak. There are better pizza pies out there but can't get better than this Domino's for consistency and efficiency.
