All the tables were clean no dirty tables. Food was pretty good. Service was amazing.

I came in at 11:30 and Tyler was at the drive thru and there was an issue with my order and he remade my drink, he was so kind and remade it very fast but my drink was amazing, they have never made it this good before and it was perfect! They made it exactly how I like it, and their friendly service made my day. The coffee was delicious and beautifully made! Tyler is the best barista.

Customer service was not good. I ordered a medium drink and my drink was half full. I asked for them to fix it and all they did was add ice. The drink was so full with ice that my straw didnt fit until I shoved it in. I dont understand how it pained them to add more milk or coffee. The drink itself was also poorly made as it did not taste to the standards of previous dunkins i have visited

I just want to start by saying I order from here frequently, well this morning I placed a mobile order while in line because they had a long line, I placed an additional order for a lemonade and egg bites. I didn’t realize they said may contain allergens when I ordered the egg bites. My son has a peanut/tree nut allergy so I apologized 3 times to the guy at the window and cancelled the egg bites. Meanwhile I hear the lady in the back making rude remarks about me and then saying “rushing for nothing”. I just want to say I’m a general manager for another eating establishment and you have the worst attitude and don’t belong in customer service. I let the guy at the window know to tell you you’re extremely rude. I hope the higher ups see this and do something about your attitude! To the guy, thank your for being kind! Unfortunately you guys lost a customer today.

Two female staff members were incredibly rude. Customers waiting in line to order and a staff member states “read the room” . Points to the self check out screen and tells people to order that way instead.
Staff went out of their way to be rude, instead of just explaining they were busy with the other orders.
Ordered on the kiosk as they requested and recognized that people have off days. Brushed it off. I understand how stressful work can be especially in customer service. 15 minutes went by and multiple other customers were served. They continuously walked past me, as if I personally did something wrong to them.
There was one staff with an eyebrow piercing that was incredibly kind and apologetic. The two other female staff laughed about.

Good is good coffee as well; the staff was very helpful and seemed very cheerful. Made the dine in enjoyable. The parking lot is small but the spots are larger right in front. That is the only downside.

Beware!! old sausage, old bacon, old tortilla, burnt croissant, burnt cheese. They used to be good up until around 2021 now they just lost all standards.When he handed us the food he just open the window, held it out the window without saying a word, we grabbed it and he just silently closed the window. Last 3 times ive been here its been so bad but i gave them one last 4th chance and it was the nail in the coffin. Sad, definelty need some re-training

This Dunkin’ is terrible. The drive-thru employee sounded like she absolutely hated her job, and the service reflected that. When we got to the window, we were handed cold everything bagel bites, my latte was made completely wrong, and to top it off, the Snackin’ Bacon was half empty and cold too. This was such a frustrating experience, and I won’t be coming back. Avoid this location if you can!

The drinks are always inconsistent. It’s like you’re rolling a dice . Risky on whether or not you’ll get a good drink or sewer water . Today I was very clearly judged over the intercom buy one of the male employees (heavier set , newer employee ) regarding my drink. Yes I ordered what I ordered just do your job! This is why I order ahead 😅😅
