I love Dunkin’ Donuts but unfortunately I will have to stop giving this location my business!! No matter what the occasion is there is always a moody person at the window. Tuesday Nov. 18th was my last straw!! I can’t believe the attitude and audacity of the young lady working drive through!! Not a good look when you are trying to get your morning coffee and employee are rolling their eyes at you!!

I came in at 11:30 and Tyler was at the drive thru and there was an issue with my order and he remade my drink, he was so kind and remade it very fast but my drink was amazing, they have never made it this good before and it was perfect! They made it exactly how I like it, and their friendly service made my day. The coffee was delicious and beautifully made! Tyler is the best barista.
Customer service was not good. I ordered a medium drink and my drink was half full. I asked for them to fix it and all they did was add ice. The drink was so full with ice that my straw didnt fit until I shoved it in. I dont understand how it pained them to add more milk or coffee. The drink itself was also poorly made as it did not taste to the standards of previous dunkins i have visited
