Food was tasty. People are polite but not attentive as people sometimes need to wait a bit more than 5 mins for a worker to ask if the customer needs assistance. Pricing of things seem high for the quality. Worth a try for those who want to try their marinated chicken.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a BRC with extra cheese she tells me it’s an extra charge I said no problem every time I go there I ask for this and they always charge me but never give me extra cheese it’s so frustrating with prices these days u pay for something you expect them to do and they never do it disappointed

I got the double chicken tostada meal and the chicken was mostly dry and hard to eat!! I was looking forward to eating this and now it is such a disappointment l!! Also I wanted an extra dressing and it was .97 extra and it was very watery not thick and creamy like it had been in the past. Also no tomato in this or cheese that I can see? So really didn’t need to purchase the extra dressing because the dressing is watery and saturates everything really fast. I drove through. I think that is why my food wasn’t as nicely put together like last time I went and I sat inside.

So I live like 8 minutes away from this pollo loco and every time I go, super fast service.. Today they accidentally forgot my salad dressing, and I didn’t realize until I got home. I called them asking if i could come pick one up and they apologized about the mistake and told me to come get one.. I got there 10 minutes later and the lady who previously took my order apologized and gave me 2 creamy cilantro dressings and a whole other side salad… that was very sweet of her, and I never get upset at restaurant employees for making mistakes because I’m a waitress myself and I know how it is., great customer service I love coming here!!

I have been in here many times and I am usually waiting on by Olga – as a business owner I always appreciate exceptional employees and she surely is one. I hope someone with a corporation recess and gives her some type of thank you
