So I live like 8 minutes away from this pollo loco and every time I go, super fast service.. Today they accidentally forgot my salad dressing, and I didn’t realize until I got home. I called them asking if i could come pick one up and they apologized about the mistake and told me to come get one.. I got there 10 minutes later and the lady who previously took my order apologized and gave me 2 creamy cilantro dressings and a whole other side salad… that was very sweet of her,...

I have been in here many times and I am usually waiting on by Olga – as a business owner I always appreciate exceptional employees and she surely is one. I hope someone with a corporation recess and gives her some type of thank you

I normally take my food to-go but I was with family and they wanted to eat inside. They were nice and gave me extra plates and utensils. It sucks that there's extra sauce pricing, but I can't pass up their creamy cilantro dressing. I don't use it for a tostada, I use it as a dip for my chicken lol
