The pizza and garlic bread was excellent but fettuccine alfredo and the lasagna was sooo gross. The server was slow and forgetful. Plus the pizza came out like 15 minutes before the fettuccine alfredo and the lasagna.
Wednesday is shrimp corn chowder day! It was so good! Service was friendly. Great casual vibe. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to the casino!

there's nothing worse than spending $100 on food and being disappointed. the alfredo was watery, too sweet and somehow also gritty and the chicken is definitely boiled, not grilled. the garlic bread had not an ounce of garlic flavor. we won't be coming back

We wanted to stay local for dinner. So we decided to try this place after the new renovations. Family of 5 (3 kids) and we didn't wait long for a table. Waitress very friendly and took our order. Mozzarella sticks came out timely. However, it was about 30 mins we asked about status of order. I had to ask two people other then our waitress. The one lady said we are really busy tonight and short staffed. Waitress comes and gives us a few reasons..excuses?
1. The chicken is frozen and to get to a temperature of 165 it could take 40 mins.
2. This place isn't fast food. We make everything from scratch.
3. We mention it would be nice to let us know it would take 40 mins. And she said if she needed to tell every customer that...
Overall, the food was good. We would come back to support the small business. The wait was long and didn't appreciate the excuses. An apology and distracting us with bread would of been good ?

I only put one star because there are no negative stars. This place USED to be awesome. The pizza was delicious. Since whoever took over it is awful. The last two times I've been there I didn't eat what I ordered. I ordered a large salad and got a huge bowl of lettuce with 2 tomatoes for $15! Last night we decided to try it one more time trying the pizza instead. They used to be famous for their pizza. We ordered "Cadillac Pizza". When it finally came I was shocked and said " That's no was we ordered." It was a small burnt cheese pizza. I refused to eat it. The service sucked I had to hunt down our waitress twice, once for straws that she had in her apron and forgot and then for the check. She was rude and never checked on us. She acted buddy, however, there were hardly any people there. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. We left and stopped at the grocery store on the way home for frozen pizzas which were a hundred times better. Don't waste your time or money eating here!
Kid-friendliness: Nope. Didn't offer coloring supplies that were at the hostess stand. We had to get them.

I've been a loyal customer of Giovanni's for 7 years. Their signature pizza is the Chicken Alfredo. I've never been disappointed. Today, against my better judgment, I dug into a Chicken Alfredo pizza that didn't appear or taste like any Chicken Alfredo pizza I've had here before. It was covered in yellow cheese, very dry & toasty, and had almost zero Alfredo sauce in it. Somebody in this kitchen doesn't know how to prepare & cook a Chicken Alfredo pizza. It was the worst I've ever had. Fortunately, my server was very helpful & gracious and gave me a $15 cash card towards a future purchase. I sense there needs to be some serious training of the kitchen staff on how to prepare & bake a Chicken Alfredo pizza, Giovanni-style.
I would definitely move along and choose a different place.

Was a disappointed tonight with our dinner and we have been going there for at least 6 times. The food took awhile over 40 minutes and my lemon garlic chicken with capers pasta wasn't very good way to much white wine taste. And they had to remake. By then I lost my appetite to eat. And the service was mediocre. I don't think we will be coming back to eat.

This place used to be great. Im not sure what happened but it is a major disappointment. I ordered the chicken Alfredo with broccoli. The Alfredo sauce was sweet and tasted like it was jarred (zero flavor), the chicken did not look cooked all the way or even seasoned, and the broccoli was frozen to microwave broccoli. This is not the restaurant I know. I really hope something changes because this was really disappointing to see after years of loving this place.

I ordered an Antipasto salad from here. My salad had brown lettuce and poor quality pepperoni, ham and salami. My salad was 17.99. I was so disappointed. I’ve ordered other items from here and had excellent quality. Do not order the salad from.

Getting them to pick up the phone is the hard part lol, they're busy?. But they're one of the few places that actually still makes good quality pizza around here. I'm a fan lol
