I've been here 2-3 throughout the year with workers changing throughout the year the workers are mostly young teens or young adults who have little to no enthusiasm about working there. I just went again for the FFXIV collab to give it another shot and they still undercook their tapioca pearl balls and the jellies don't taste like jelly. Workers are still the same in offering lack luster energy. Definitely will not come again unless someone proves me wrong, otherwise this place still sucks.

Walked in store was lit up and open sign on guy greeted me and my kid my kid was looking at menu 5seconds and another guy comes from back and wispers at him says there closed really great customer service what a way to gain business it was are first and last time ! Just goto monster snow there's always nice there

The boba was good and i think this is my new favorite place to get boba from I asked for a brown-sugar milk tea and it was really good while the other place's that i asked for a brown-sugar milk tea it tasted like just milk and sugar and from this place it taste like brown sugar with coffee

Tried their main Pearl boba and it was meh. The boba was way too hard. Service was fine and atmosphere was all right.Overall will not come back due to quality of the drink.

We got the creme brulee strawberry boba and it was yum! Other flavors look good to try also. We never saw this place before and enjoyed the boba we got.

I normally love it here! but today I came in for my regular the matcha green tea, but it was tasting very chalky it wasn't even drinkable, soo the guy tried to remake it for me but it didn't taste any better, I was very calm about it & asked to just get a different drink but there was a gentleman just sitting around in the back that told him no, which I didn't understand because I paid for it. so I politely asked for my money back which they gave me a hard time about... you guys need to work on your customer service! I'm literally a regular & I normally tip the nice guys that work there! but it looks like new people were hired. Also they told me that I wasn't the only one that complained about the matcha tasting off today... so idk why was given a hard time but get the customer service together because that was disrespectful.

I have been to different gong cha in LA area but this gong cha franchise in menifee is the worst. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but for this experience i had to. The place was not even that busy and I still had waited **35MINUTES** for my 2 orders of crème brûlée milk tea. Secondly, the milk tea tasted watery even though i ordered with 100% sugar less ice. Definitely ruined the gong cha franchise here in the US. The staff here in menifee needs to get more training.
