I have been here twice. Sushi is overall good and I decided to order the Totonkonen miso soup this time. It wasn’t good. Soup was super salty, noodles were still clumped together and barely any meat. I’ll stick with sushi if I decide to go there again.

Well... I ordered through instacart which I guess is ultimately GrubHub. It showed that my guy was there waiting for the food but it took them like 20 minutes to get it to him even though the food was ready. When I got it, it was hot and just not edible at all. Plus they went cheap on the scallops.... Instead of the bay scallops that they used to serve in a nice ponzu sauce, they served rock hard scallops in mayonnaise. Yummy bad scallops in turned mayonnaise.... And I got the Cajun tuna roll which was mostly rice and hardly any tuna. If I wanted that I would have just gotten a tuna hand roll.... The Moon River rolls well I haven't tried them yet. I put everything in the fridge and ended up throwing the nigiri sushi which was the masago eggs, the salmon eggs, and the scallops away because I could tell that they were just bad because they were so warm. I spent like $115 just on the food alone.... Between tip and delivery fees and everything else I spent like $165 for food I can't even eat! NEVER AGAIN!!!! (Update/response: well I appreciate the response from Hana sushi, it doesn't explain why within a 15 minute trip the sushi became so hot and so inedible. Doesn't explain why the scallops were rock hard baby scallops.... Maybe you should update the description better so there's the consistency because the last time I ordered the scallops sweet scallops sliced thin and with a ponzu sauce.... That's what happened to quail eggs? What happened to Tobika eggs? Anyways, unless my Uber driver had the heater blaring directly into the bag of food that you made which just doesn't seem possible given that it's summer.... I somehow have to disagree I think that it got made and it sat there because you guys ignored him even though the food was ready. Been eating there for over 18 to 20 years..... Been in there long enough to know how you guys ignore people with a to go order. And you worry about people walking in and the people that got to pay their check and the people who call instead of the person that's already place an order and has paid for it. I remember sitting there one time for 30 minutes after my order was supposedly ready before the hostess even acknowledged that I was there. So yeah you can lie all you want, I know the truth from personal experience.

I used to love to eat here but man my order arrived hot and gross. No longer do they serve the sweet scallops instead they serve rock hard baby scallops... I mean the entire order warm, which is gross

Service was excellent and the roles are always great EDIT 5/25 *** Haven’t been here in awhile. Man o man had it changed. The service was horrible, spotty depending on you had stop by the table. 45 minutes in and I’m done with the ramen they dropped off And my wife has neither rolled she ordered at the same time. Dude, how do you bring one diners dish and not the other for so long the first one finishes and had to wait with them? Drop some cucumber salad off and apologize it something. Never had this kind of experience In murrieta. I can guarantee you this is the last visit in Menifee. Sad

I have a good experience here. I always make my orders on the phone. And it's ready within 2 minutes, I get there, but I called 10 minutes before It's good because of that location that it is it's very busy.

The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful and staff member that greeted me was kind, but unfortunately I got something I couldn't even eat as it tasted so bad (which was completely on me for the record and I'm sure many people have tried the dish and loved it). I did also order a bento box to-go and that was absolutely delicious and definitely recommend!
