This used to be my favorite place to get donuts, and a sandwich, and either coffee or a Boba. I haven’t been there in several months, but have visited twice now this month. Each time was disappointing. It appears it is under new ownership. I had donuts yesterday, and they obviously were not fresh. It does not seem like they make. donuts there in-house anymore. We bought half a dozen and all of them were very dry. Very disappointing. Also the two times that I visited this month. I also got a sandwich, and I have to say I was equally disappointed in the quality. I cannot say that the staff is not kind, however, it doesn’t seem as if their kindness is genuine. It seems like they’re just trying to sell more donuts. Additionally, they removed all of the seating, both inside and outside, so you cannot get a donut and a sandwich and relax and eat it there. I definitely will not be back to this location. Also, a word to the owner, if you want to stay in business, I highly recommend you start making your donuts fresh each day. Also, don’t skimp on the quality or quantity of your ingredients. Time to find a new favorite donut place.

Used to love this place but today it was clear that the business is getting cheap and trying to cut costs. Cutting costs =cutting quality. Unfortunately I don't plan to return for breakfast sandwiches anymore. The breakfast croissant with bacon and the one with sausage were such a let down. It looked like only half an egg and one slice of bacon.

Well kids really wanted some of the specialty donuts but apparently they only make those on the weekend ☹️. Otherwise the donuts and service are ok. Nothing special here but if you want the special ones plan on a weekend visit.

Today I went in after not being there for months and was craving a ham & cheese croissant with a Vietnamese coffee. The gal was very polite and when I received my items, my food looked and tasted amazing oh, and my new cup I was given for my coffee. Sweet!!!! Very impressed! I will try and add a photo!

I stopped in a little late in the AM but the donut selection was decent, tasted great. I also ordered two croissant sandwiches and they were amazing. The caramel frappe (w/ boba) was the best caramel frappe I’ve ever had. Wow. We’re visiting family so we don’t live here so I’ll be dreaming of that frappe for weeks to come lol. I plan to stop in and get another before we head back home.

I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service here. I placed an order for a breakfast sandwich and waited about 30 minutes with no update. Eventually, an employee asked if I was waiting for a sandwich, and when I said yes, he casually pointed to the counter and said, “It’s right here.” I asked how long it had been sitting there, and he just smiled and said, “It’s been a minute.” I asked why it wasn’t called out like everyone else’s order, and he shrugged and said, “I didn’t know.” If you don’t know how to do your job, why are you working there? I ended up eating a cold, mediocre sandwich definitely not worth the wait. 👎🏼
This is a really clean and nice place, they gave us two free cups of water and that was very nice! I love this place and came multiple times with my family, recommending this place if you want to enjoy a delicious breakfast for you and your family with an affordable price!!!!

I got a sausage egg cheese breakfast sandwich and Thai tea. It was good but the sausage was more like a kinda spicy kielbasa or chorizo or something- and it was not like super bad spicy but being pregnant I was not thrilled with the resulting heartburn I had by the time I got to work and would've appreciated some upfront disclosure so I could've made a better choice for myself. It was still tasty though and the service was good
