I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service here. I placed an order for a breakfast sandwich and waited about 30 minutes with no update. Eventually, an employee asked if I was waiting for a sandwich, and when I said yes, he casually pointed to the counter and said, “It’s right here.” I asked how long it had been sitting there, and he just smiled and said, “It’s been a minute.” I asked why it wasn’t called out like everyone else’s order, and he shrugged and said, “I didn’t know.” If you don’t know how to do your job, why are you working there? I ended up eating a cold, mediocre sandwich definitely not worth the wait. 👎🏼

This is a really clean and nice place, they gave us two free cups of water and that was very nice! I love this place and came multiple times with my family, recommending this place if you want to enjoy a delicious breakfast for you and your family with an affordable price!!!!

I got a sausage egg cheese breakfast sandwich and Thai tea. It was good but the sausage was more like a kinda spicy kielbasa or chorizo or something- and it was not like super bad spicy but being pregnant I was not thrilled with the resulting heartburn I had by the time I got to work and would've appreciated some upfront disclosure so I could've made a better choice for myself. It was still tasty though and the service was good

B6 added jalapeño- FIREEEEEEE Scarfed it down and then went back to counter for a small coffee . And to my surprise it comes with a free donut !
It was my first time here. The coffee smoothie with boba was fantastic, creamy, perfectly blended. The boba was fresh, warm (at 8:46am), and soft (but set), like it should be. I tried the B6 Breakfast croissant. It was excellent. The shop is clean, organized, and well stocked. The cronut was soft, warm, and flaky.
I’ve been coming here for years and every time the food is absolutely amazing. The donuts are always fresh and the breakfast sandwiches with coffee and tea are so delicious. The service is always great too! On our last trip Andrew helped us and was absolutely amazing! Andrew was not only so patient with us choosing through all the yummy donuts but he even suggested his favorites and most popular items. He was so kind and friendly to us and we appreciated that so much! Thank you Andrew for your amazing guest service!

UPDATE 2024: Boba drinks are 100% inconsistent, literally at this point will not come back for their drinks. I don't know what happened from when they first opened til now,(their drinks were amazing every time that first year) but literally have to dump the drink every time we give it another try.. Not worth it at all considering how expensive it is! Keeping it 2 starts because atleast their donut & breakfast sandwiches are good!
UPDATE: 6/27/22 WE Come here all the time because it was our favorite boba shop, but had to update my review- the taste consistency of their boba drinks are never the same anymore. One time they are great & the next time they suck ( like todays visit) the boba balls were hard, the brown sugar milk tea drink was gross & didn'thave brown sugar in it. The donuts & breakfast sandwiches were good though. But man, really wish they were consistent on the making of their drinks, they are not cheap. And used to be consistent taste before, read my BEFORE review. We will give this place a break for a while in hopes of better drinks in the future.
First initial review a few years ago ***Their boba drinks are delicious & consistent. (Some places they taste different everytime & we hate that, not this place though)And we tried their breakfast sandwiches last time & ohh my I loved that they used a hot sausage on their breakfast sandwiches.
