I had the country fried streak, eggs and a cinnamon crepe and it was delicious. My servers name was William and he was able to explain how I could swap this for that and end up getting exactly what I wanted without paying thru the nose. The place was clean and seating available as soon as I arrived. Because the service was outstanding and the food was pretty good for a pancake house, I would return.

It's crazy how much the quality of food has changed. I'm sad to see all the corners cut. Their coffee tastes like tea. It barely looks dark. It's you watered down.

I ordered their egg white omelette with veggies and side of fruit with a hot tea. It’s so delish. I totally forgot to take photos and didn’t g right in.
I took my parents there for breakfast yesterday and the food and the service was great but also we forgot my mom’s purse when we left so we went back to pick it up an hour later and Calie (sorry not sure if spelled correctly) but she went out of her way to make sure she was giving the purse to the rightful owner, I think that was a very good thing and all this while being super friendly. Thank you Calie. And thank you also to the other employees, you all did great 👍🏼 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

What has happened to the IHOP in Menifee off Newport there quality of food is awful I ordered blueberry pancakes they were way overcooked we also got a biscuit which had a very strange taste to it. We used to be frequent patrons of this restaurant prior to covid after covid hit I don't know what happened to them I only went there because I received a gift card that will be my last visit to IHOP
