Everything is going on the computer when you walk in. I brought my grandchildren here after school. They can order whatever they like when grandpa takes them to jacks. The menu was an order screen it did not work well with small children who want unusual mixed items. Even the employee who came to help struggled trying to get an order right on the screen. They refused to just take my order as you would throw the drive threw. I won't be coming back.
Vegetarian options: If you dine in & you have a mixed order, watch how frustrating you get trying to put this in the computer screen. Because that's the only way they will take a walk in order.

LATE-NITE BITES on-the-go! Jack in the Box is iconic for a reason, it's got all-day breakfast and an easy-to-follow menu for the weary traveler. I've stopped at this location a couple times and it's always a good experience. I got the Sourdough Supreme meal w/ a lemonade and French fries. If you don't want hashbrowns with your combo, I recommend substituting like I did!
The drive-thru experience was great, we were immediately greeted and acknowledged. The menu is nice and bright, which is especially helpful when you're pulling up late at night. My family and I pulled up after a long trip around 10pm and there was no one ahead of us. The lady at the window was a little zesty but professional nonetheless, overall a solid ambiance.
Jack currently has a $6 dollar meal deal which comes with an assortment of goodies like mini tacos, fries and a burger, it's a favorite for sure!
Literally every time I try to place an order via the app, it tells me the items are not available at this location. These are some of the most basic items on the menu: Jumbo Jack, Ultimate Cheeseburger... same thing happens every time. How can that be possible? The other location in Menifee always has them, but I have to wait 15-20 minutes in the drive thru even with no one ahead of me.
All I want is to be able to get a quick meal late at night on my way home from a long day. Apparently, Jack in the Box doesn't want my money.

Every time I come to get food after 2am after work. They pretend to be closed and hide i saw it again this time.
There were two people talking over each other at the drive through, I had asked to do two separate orders and I couldn’t hear the response since there was a guy who just kept repeating “what drink did you want” over and over again while the original woman I was talking to was saying something I couldn’t make out. I asked again at the window if we could split the payment and the guy at the window gave me immediate attitude and just kept going “I don’t know I’ve never done that before.” I work in customer service so I understand how frustrating it can be when guests are asking the same questions as the last throughout the day, but it’s totally different if I can’t get a word out since there’s two people at the drive thru talking to me and the window cashier is just telling me that he doesn’t know how to work the register and that they’re out of teriyaki sauce
