My wife and I stopped into this establishment late Monday night after shopping and we were greeted by an excellent employee, Erica Z. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond the call of duty. We enjoyed the food and have to say this specific chain store does not disappoint. Drive thru was quite fast, food was yummy and fresh and nice and hot.
Everything is going on the computer when you walk in. I brought my grandchildren here after school. They can order whatever they like when grandpa takes them to jacks. The menu was an order screen it did not work well with small children who want unusual mixed items. Even the employee who came to help struggled trying to get an order right on the screen. They refused to just take my order as you would throw the drive threw. I won't be coming back.
Vegetarian options: If you dine in & you have a mixed order, watch how frustrating you get trying to put this in the computer screen. Because that's the only way they will take a walk in order.

LATE-NITE BITES on-the-go! Jack in the Box is iconic for a reason, it's got all-day breakfast and an easy-to-follow menu for the weary traveler. I've stopped at this location a couple times and it's always a good experience. I got the Sourdough Supreme meal w/ a lemonade and French fries. If you don't want hashbrowns with your combo, I recommend substituting like I did!
The drive-thru experience was great, we were immediately greeted and acknowledged. The menu is nice and bright, which is especially helpful when you're pulling up late at night. My family and I pulled up after a long trip around 10pm and there was no one ahead of us. The lady at the window was a little zesty but professional nonetheless, overall a solid ambiance.
Jack currently has a $6 dollar meal deal which comes with an assortment of goodies like mini tacos, fries and a burger, it's a favorite for sure!
