Manager is rude. Workers are slow. Food was sent wrong and I got overcharged. My drink was just drowning in syrup, couldn’t taste anything. I tried to even reach out to corporate for refund or something and it’s been over a month. Worst Jack I’ve been to. Shame on them.

Horrible experience tonight.
They forgot our 2 shakes, which by the way cost more than our tacos. I ordered and husband did the pick up. He did’t ask where are our shakes as the guy handed him a huge brown bag so he figured they were in it. He’s 81 so I can’t blame him.
What bothers me the most is how hard it is to find their phone number and then when I did find it I called and I got a recording.
So now what??? Screwed again, thanks Jack. This has happened before to us.
Sure miss the shakes tonight!

I ordered 4 Tacos on their mobile app 3 minutes before I got there. As soon as I walked in, I told them to add extra extra Lettuce to all of them. The cashier said they would. But they all had about 1/3 of the Lettuce or less than every other Taco I’ve bought anywhere else. So if you like a lot of Lettuce on your Tacos, never go to any Jack in the Box. Since they all make them the same way.

This location is trying to compete with McDonald's in their ability to have their ice cream products available. 2 occasions. weeks apart. Still no product. Placed the order on the app. Arrived to pick it up, and I was told it's unavailable. Not only would they not give me a refund, they told me to contact customer service for it through the website/app.

Update: It's been 2 days since I filed for my refund. None has been given yet.

I ordered jalapeños and a soda and the soda machine wasn’t working so thwy gave me a larger drink for free and they also forogt my jalapeños not going back ever again!! First I don’t want a bigger drink that is flat he said he couldn’t give me my money back why not if I paid? And then my Jalapenos are missing when I get home. Get better workers hope this place shuts down Del taco across is better

I've always gone to this jack because it's close but it's gotten worse & worse overtime. I'd say about 3/10 times the food is cold or barely warm even though they take so long even w/ minimal cars. I tried the buttery jack 2x this year because I crave how it used to be but it's never the same. The bun is hard & dense; the top one is usaully inedible, the burger sucks usaully overcooked or just dry & it's not even buttery lol. Whatever, I usaully just order tacos for pickup inside, as an EMT with minimal time, but there's been 3 recent occasions where I place it for pickup inside, NOT drive-thru & the doors are locked & they completely ignore you even if you knock loud when they're close to the register. It's not till you stand out there for a long time, knock 3x+ & your orders been done so they finally come bring it to you when they finish the whole drive-thru line. Isn't the point of the app/pickup to have your order done when you get there or before others that get there at the same time as you...efficiency of any sort. I came here in my car, ordered 4 monster tacos & a large fry & jalapeño poppers. Of course doors are locked before 9 so I go in the drive-thru & once I get to the window, 15 minutes after it said my order was done because there were 3-4 cars, I asked the young girl working why they keep closing the inside early & I kid you not she literally just looked me dead in the eye & laughed, then handed me my order???? I was so confused because It was just a super weird reaction I wasn't even sure she heard me right so I asked again and she didn't say anything at all and just was making weird eye contact again so I just asked for my sauce so I can go and she dropped literally all of it outside the bag I was holding out, probably because she was being weird & staring, maybe just seemed high in general but at least she got me more and made it in the 2nd time? I just left bc wtf. So glad there's a new one on Mcall that's only half as bad with all the homeless that live outside it, I still rather go there everytime.

I asked for egg and cheese sandwiches with no meat and I still got them with meat, just waisted my time to go back again and get them changed, the manager didn’t even apologize or ask me anything she just took them away that’s all she did,and what makes me so upset is I asked again after I paid to make sure there’s no meat in there an she said yes there’s no meat !!! !!!!!!!
And today is Sunday 08/25 so I hope this go up higher so you guys can know what kind of managers you have , very bad experience not coming here again and I’ll make sure to tell everyone
