I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru with only one car ahead of me, and they still asked me to park. All I ordered was fries and French toast—nothing complicated. The service was incredibly slow and frustrating for such a simple order.

Came to order and with my meal I asked for a vanilla iced coffee I got to the window and the girl at this time was looking at me and speaking to me in a rude tone already. The environment already made me feel negative. I received my ice coffee first and because it’s so hot I took a sip waiting for my food and it tasted plain no vanilla at all straight coffee with cream, I patiently waited and once she came back to the window to give me my food I asked if I could have more vanilla and she didn’t give me any other options, I would’ve paid, anything but she said it’s already mixed and she rolled her eyes, But I tasted and didn’t like it so I wanted more vanilla. I’m if paying 10+ for a small meal I want it to be good. Almost $20 dollars and they can’t give me like 2 more pumps of vanilla, not satisfied at all.

I read some of the reviews before opting my own but for me the food has been fine so far, my issue is the service at this location, the few times I've been here my order is made wrong or missing items, always make sure to get a receipt here for that issue(sometimes they dont even give a reciept). Customer service can be better but as long as the food is good that gets a pass. Location is ok, probably better off getting something from a diffrent place but those tacos slap so every blue moon i try again.

I came 20 minutes before they closed down and the worker refused to take my order and proceeded to hide in the backrooms. When we pulled off and parked we saw them walking around! Talk about lazy ! They're still on the clock even if they are about to close down.

She really went above and beyond for me and my cousin from Chicago to where he said dude people are really nice out here i’ve never ate at a place with such kind and generous people. From suggestions to taking the time to offer extra sauce for the big order and apologize for the small wait of 4 mins. She really showed my family how generous California people are and for that i’’ll forever be grateful!

Manager is rude. Workers are slow. Food was sent wrong and I got overcharged. My drink was just drowning in syrup, couldn’t taste anything. I tried to even reach out to corporate for refund or something and it’s been over a month. Worst Jack I’ve been to. Shame on them.

Horrible experience tonight. They forgot our 2 shakes, which by the way cost more than our tacos. I ordered and husband did the pick up. He did’t ask where are our shakes as the guy handed him a huge brown bag so he figured they were in it. He’s 81 so I can’t blame him. What bothers me the most is how hard it is to find their phone number and then when I did find it I called and I got a recording. So now what??? Screwed again, thanks Jack. This has happened before to us. Sure miss the shakes tonight! Grammy and Papa in Menifee
I ordered 4 Tacos on their mobile app 3 minutes before I got there. As soon as I walked in, I told them to add extra extra Lettuce to all of them. The cashier said they would. But they all had about 1/3 of the Lettuce or less than every other Taco I’ve bought anywhere else. So if you like a lot of Lettuce on your Tacos, never go to any Jack in the Box. Since they all make them the same way.

This location is trying to compete with McDonald's in their ability to have their ice cream products available. 2 occasions. weeks apart. Still no product. Placed the order on the app. Arrived to pick it up, and I was told it's unavailable. Not only would they not give me a refund, they told me to contact customer service for it through the website/app.
Update: It's been 2 days since I filed for my refund. None has been given yet.
