Mesh up my daughter’s order , the delivery guy gave us someone’s order and when I’m trying to call them it’s just answering machine, I paid almost $80 bucks and it’s not the one we ordered I hope they will refund the money I paid. The food no food they delivered no one eat.

We placed an order for 1 hamburger, 1 ultimate cheeseburger, & 1 large curly fry at the drive thru window today 14:14pm. It came to a total of $14.97. I handed the cashier $20 at the drive thru and she gave me back $0.08, the order, and no receipt. I asked for the receipt because it was not with my order. The cashier gave me my receipt with my $5 she withheld before I even asked for it. So she withheld my receipt & $5 and only gave it because I asked for it. Also, our food was disappointingly cold. Will no longer order here.The review had already been done via phone

Food was fine, but the guy taking my order was not. He got my order wrong after I had to repeat myself to him multiple times. I ordered 1 large curly fry and somehow I ended up with four, and he charged me for them. Didn't notice tiI got home. Now I'm bummed that I wasted $16 on fries.

Came through the drive-thru at 9:59 PM. Ordered two chicken sandwiches and an ultimate cheeseburger for the wife and I. It was obvious that the burger patties and chicken patties had been sitting around for some time as they were all dry and super stale. Pretty disappointed. And the manager who handed me the food was super aggressive with passing me my food. Might as well just thrown it in my car, lady.

If you come by to the gas station and try to get in to the the restroom you can not till you order something.

Showed up to this location on a Sunday at 9:30 PM and the door to the lobby was locked. The sign on the door provided the hours of operation, the store/lobby was supposed to be open until 10 PM. The girls at the register saw me and didn't acknowledge me, or unlock the door. Instead, they were counting their cash and closing out the registers. If I were you, I'd take your business down the road to the other Jack-in-the-Box, when I showed up to that one at 9:45 PM, their doors were unlocked, I was able to order and get my food in less than five minutes and use the restroom and leave.
