Just went thru the drive thru today and besides waiting for a very long time in line ( which I don’t mind) I get home and my grill chicken sandwich doesn’t have cheese or the bacon 😡 very upsetting! Try calling them and there phone doesn’t work.

Depending on if it's a franchised Jack in the Box or a corporate run store things can be different. If you use EBT any corporate store accepts it, most franchises seem to not. In general the food is ok. There is little meat in most tacos. There is lots of rice in many burritos. Yesterday I bought a so called chicken burrito. When I was halfway done I thought they had inadvertently given me another rice bean and cheese burrito. unwrapped it and found one tiny piece of chicken. There may have been a piece or 2 in the part I had already eaten. Not enough that I tasted it. I do enjoy their all day $6 meal. 😊
Girl in the front was awesome, they were out of biscoff and replaced it with a oreo shake they were very nice about it plus best oreo shake I've had in a bit

Waited way to long in the drive through to get 4 tacos, then go to eat and notice just lettuce in two of them 🤦♀️
Been here multiple times in the early mornings between 2-5 am when the hours on the weekend state 24 hr drive through and there is a car in the lot but no one answers. And the phone number doesn’t work either. Either someone is asleep inside or the hours need to be changed.

I tried ordering a meal at this Jack-in-the-Box and Menifee, they took my money, but they didn’t give me my meal. This is not the first time that has happened. I gave him a chance the first time still the second time there’s something else going on do not recommend this Jack-in-the-box.
