Manager refused to honor their posted pricing. Kept doubling down on you need to download the app nowhere in the advertisement does it say it's required for the app to be used gave him multiple opportunities to make it right ultimately I went to another location and they had no problem with it and didn't understand why the manager at the other location was having an issue and telling us to download the app.

I went to this location the cheese from my cheeseburger wasn’t melted like the picture , I ask the manager to remake it @ she said for me to put it in microwave that she was to bussy to have them make another !!! How unprofessional management they have !!! I’m not going back

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the current wait time at the drive-through window at this location. On multiple occasions, I have experienced wait times exceeding 10 minutes to receive my order. I would appreciate it if management could review this issue and implement necessary improvements to ensure a more efficient ordering process.

Just went thru the drive thru today and besides waiting for a very long time in line ( which I don’t mind) I get home and my grill chicken sandwich doesn’t have cheese or the bacon 😡 very upsetting! Try calling them and there phone doesn’t work.

Depending on if it's a franchised Jack in the Box or a corporate run store things can be different. If you use EBT any corporate store accepts it, most franchises seem to not. In general the food is ok. There is little meat in most tacos. There is lots of rice in many burritos. Yesterday I bought a so called chicken burrito. When I was halfway done I thought they had inadvertently given me another rice bean and cheese burrito. unwrapped it and found one tiny piece of chicken. There may have been a piece or 2 in the part I had already eaten. Not enough that I tasted it. I do enjoy their all day $6 meal. 😊
