I went through the drive through they forgot half the order. Asked to look in the bag. I get back to the office and see they forgot other items. No receipt was given. Please teach the employees to look at the order carefully and make sure all items are there. Gas is expensive as is your food so at least get it right. I would not really have minded had this not been the fourth time.
I really like eating at this jack in the box, the food is always hot and delicious, it is a clean place, I recommend it ?

Food took a while to get......place was very dirty food on the floor tables were dirty. I had to get my own napkins to wipe down the table. When I asked the guy for napkins to wipe down the table they didn't even bother to come out try to wipe or clean anything.

We ordered the southwest chicken salad in the evening. My salad looked like it was just thrown together, sloppy mess. It didn't look presentable. The chicken added was only a few pieces tossed in. A different Jack in the Box gave more chicken, and the salad looked delicious. The breakfast sandwich combo wasn't any better either. The hash brown tasted like it was refried and hardened. The employees looked like they were having a good time but service was poor. We won't be coming back here anymore.

This is the SLOWEST service jack in the box I have ever been to. Over 20 mins for chicken nuggets and fries!? I actually would have let it slide if the food was good. It was not. They gave me reg fries instead of the curly fries that I ordered, and everything was COLD. I just ended up throwing it away. What a waste. I think its better to drive a bit further to the next closest jack in the box next time.
