I ordered a breakfast platter eggs were old not fresh and the bacon and hash browns, sausage was rubbery I don't care if it after 2pm it should still be fresh Heck my husband's meal tasted alot better and fresher my dog's enjoyed my breakfast.

i always go to this particular jack in the box because i always get my tiny tacos and mini churros made perfectly. Nicole is usually the cashier when I come through and she is beyond amazing! Definitely deserves a raise or something. She always makes sure my order is right and has the best customer service. probably wouldn’t go if not for her honestly.
Terrible. My food was cold, and i tried my fries immediately when receiving the bag. Also paid extra for add ons and they forgot them all. Cold food, forgetting items, will never come back again. Especially cause I just moved to the area and it was my first time with this jack in the box only to experience cold food.
