Jamba has always been my favorite. I was passing through Menifee and happen to see one. I have to say that the young lady that was working this Sunday morning was very rude. Didn’t say hello, I asked about the bowls and she applied that there was none available. Then when I had a question about a juice she quickly replied “ the menu is up there” when she gave me my order I loudly said thank you and she just walked away. First and last time I come to this location. Need people with good customer service.

My friend and I got a fantastic couple of smoothies here and the service was just so pleasant! It's not really a place to sit down inside but the smoothies were so good it's worth a trip.

I've come here multiple times nows and each time the staff say theyre out of peanut butter, it's not a singular occurrence - it's not busy, either they dont want to make it or someone doesn't do their job of ordering when something is low. Take it off the menu if you aren't going to have the stock for it. Staff is mediocre

Whoever was doing the closing shift on Saturday June 1st started her closing shift was earlier and when we walked out at 9.30 (PS place closes at 10pm) the lady said it’s already closed just because she was already ready to leave ! It says on the website and on the door that it closes at 10pm.

GUILTY PLEASURE SMOOTHIE SHOP! Now, let me start with how much I love Jamba, as I've grown up with it it's also when a staple of mine. The smoothies are perfectly blended, they always have the right consistency! Also, I'm a huge fan of the variety of flavors. Jamba is also less sugary than some other smoothie shops so that's always a perk. However, I tried one of the food options and let me tell you the ordeal. I tried the egg bite, and it was tasty but still very frozen in the center. I repeat, the flavor was amazing! So I thought to myself "dang I can only imagine what this will taste like warmed up". I went back the next day and it was different staff, a lone worker. I asked for the same egg bite item and it was 100% delicious as I got it fully warmed this time. I didn't make a fuss about the previous day, but I was so happy I got my food the way I wanted. A HUGE recommendation from me. I felt vindicated lol. Overall, the staff are pretty friendly here and I can always count on the smoothies. I'm hoping they stay consistent with warming their food options up for now on so I can bump this review up to a 5! The shop is upbeat and has fun music playing. There's a couch to sit on but I couldn't find any seating areas with tables, chairs etc.
I've been coming to this particular spot since they opened. I've never encountered a bad experience. There was only once that they ran out of something, but that's natural in any food place. The people that work here have always been friendly. You can customize your order by substituting your dairy for something else like almond milk, for example. They also have food here (like Starbucks).The only thing I have to say is for the ones in charge of the app. Recently. It doesn't list the same products that's available.Other than that, this is great spot for our smoothies.

I’ve had the worst experience with Jamba lately. I had visited 5 times now trying to get a Chunky strawberry because I’ve been craving it during my pregnancy. All 5 times they have either been out of one or more ingredients OR closing their doors earlier than listed on the door. The last time I was able to get a chunky strawberry from this location was months ago and it made me sick. I used to love Jamba, but at this point I have had way too many bad experiences to continue go to any of their locations. Don’t go here! Go to Nektar!

Bought three Açaí bowls! The employee said it was no banana! Paid $10.00 per each bowl! They were have filled! This isn’t ok! Less product, horrible service, the employee not even apologize! Never going back to this place!
