Located in 'Menifee Lakes Plaza'
(Antelope & Newport Roads) right next to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. There's plenty of parking, no drive-thru.
I almost left because the shop was understaffed, only one employee was working with a line of customers, but the wait ended up being short. My Strawberry Smoothie was perfectly blended and tasted great. However, the lone employee seemed bothered, and the customer service definitely fell short. It's strictly a 'to-go' spot with no seating. An average experience overall; I'm undecided on returning given the lack of customer service.

Stop by Jamba juice get a drink one girl working. Sonia made 3 drinks at one time. Working by herself and doing an outstanding job. And the store and work area was clean.

There is a reason why this place have a low rating...drinks are always good but customer service sucks! Most of them don't greet you when you come in. A long wait for your order. I placed an online order and when I went inside to pick it up, non of the workers greeted me but they did greet other customers thet walked in after me. Waited 15 mins until they acknowledged me and my drink was done this whole time I was waiting.

Bless her soul. They only had one girl working behind the counter? Nobody to help her out. Poor management. She did amazing for being one person all by herself. I don't know how she held it together. The lobby was full of people and phone going off, and also filling doordash orders.

As a business owner myself, closing 20 minutes earlier than your official closing time is unacceptable. We arrived 20 minutes before they were supposed to be “closed” (12/3/2025, 7:40pm) . There were other customers who arrived at the same time as us and said they have experienced this issue before. We knocked on the door to see if we would be allowed in but the Jamba Juice employee just ignored us and continued cleaning/closing up.
If you’re the business owner of this establishment, I would advise you tell your employees to close when it is officially closing time. Continuing to close early will make you lose repeating customers like ourselves (Therefore, not a very smart thing to do).
Based on prior reviews and our experience today, it does not seem like you have fixed the issue (this shows lack of management/laziness on you end).

Waited 45 minutes for just one drink. Only one employee was working, and he was doing everything he possibly could — literally running the whole place by himself. The delay wasn’t his fault; it was management’s. No store should be staffed with only one person. Really disappointing experience, and shame on the owner for not having proper staff.
Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve encountered in the city of Menifee. Will not be returning. Ash at the register was unprofessional and not helpful at all. Date was 11/24/25

Ordered a medium peanut butter mood with two scoops of whey protein.
When they add the whey it increases the volume of the drink. Every single of the 20+ jamba juice locations ive been to they have increased the amount to a large.
Here they put the amount into a medium. I asked about the extra and they said store policy.
This is dumb. I asked for 2 scoops of whey. Realistically I probably only got one because of the excess they threw away. Why not just give the extra. Quite sad actually this is how Jamba Juice treats customers. 😕
All the additives you request, a percent is thrown away by this store's policy...... 👍

Nicely blended!
The menu is the same as the other locations, and my smoothie was well-made. I definitely recommend ordering online beforehand and picking up in-store so you don’t have to wait too long.
They were quite busy when I came, so I waited quite a long time to grab a worker’s attention. Other than that, I enjoyed the smoothie and appreciated how my smoothie was kept in the freezer and wasn’t just left out in the open waiting for me.

This was my first time at Jamba Juice, and I have to say I'm a little dissappointed. I ordered myself an Orange Dream Machine, and I have to say it was positively delicious, it really made me feel like I was living in a dream. While it was quite a wait for my smoothie to come out due to how many people were present, and what appeared to be short-staffing, it was more than worth the wait to receive such a delicacy. However, one thing I noticed that absolutely killed the vibe was the lack of any horses! I didn't even catch the passing scent of one. Am I expected to just wait for my smoothie in the dull atmosphere? I mean think of the children! This severe lack of horses really has been leaving me questioning what type of business you're running. I'm not sure if I'll be making any more trips in the future until this problem is resolved.

I literally just walked in and instead of getting greeted the guys working there yells out from the back doesn’t get to the counter “There going to be a long wait” like where the customer service? now with these gen z.
He was so rude was not going to give them my busy! He could have said it a different way not yelling it out in the back! It’s not my fault you guys are busy and staff!

Bad customer service girl was rude and didn’t want to serve us. She said they were closed but we walked in 10 minutes before closing. Don’t have store hours til 8 if you are not going to serve customers.
