Drinks taste watered down, quality has diminished.
I placed an online order and they called to say that they didn't have acai for the bowl. They offered to make something else but they only had one alternative option which I had no interest in. I asked to refund the order and they said they were unable to do it from their end. I called customer service as instructed but their office is closed until Monday. I'm out $20 and hungry. This is also the second weekend they didn't have the bowls but at least last weekend I had an option i could work with. They need to fix the team members ability to refund items if unavailable or better yet 86 the menu item.
Update 4/12: I was emailed on 3/29 saying they'd refund the order. They advised it could take 7 days. It's now 4/12 and the refund has NOT been issued. You have terrible business practices.
Update 5/10: STILL no refund. No effort. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. Why do I have to continue reaching out when all i want is my refund?
I walked in and waited 15 minutes and didn’t see a single employee. Finally gave up and used their kiosk to order an iced coffee. Then an employee walked finally walks out just to tell me they have zero milk products and can’t make any coffee. I asked him just to refund me and he said oh only the manager can do that, he will call you later. I told him he should post a sign so people don’t waste their time. He said there is one but it’s covered up. Everything about this 20 minutes was unprofessional and dumb.
Save your money buy a blender. This place is terrible. The service is awful. If you enter the store they will have you wait around while making other orders then wait for someone to order ahead of you and help them instead why you may ask?? Because I’m paying in cash not once was I asked for my order or anything just started making the guy who walked in after me and used a kiosk. That’s poor service. No reason someone who came in 4 minutes after me leaves before me. Then I have to wait another 3 minutes for my order. Making two drinks doesn’t take 10 minutes. You shouldn’t skip customers it’s inconsiderate of peoples time. I’ll just stay home next time.
Bad customer service!! Had me waiting for a long time.! Would not recommend to come here ! One employee is on the phone and has no knowledge iam waiting to be served!!
Never have ingredients, last few times I went they couldn’t make multiple smoothies I had asked for.

Not the first time.
They couldn't take my debit card so I asked if I can order online. She said yes, after I order. I was told they don't have any apple juice for my apple and greens. Smoothie, so she substituted lemonade for the apple juice, and for my oatmeal peanutbetter bowl, was told there was no bananas after it was made. I asked for top for my bowl she said there was none my bowl. Poor service. Both my order are not what I asked for
If this wasn’t the only smoothie shop in Menifee, I wouldn’t go here. Service is mid, workers always seem grumpy…went to get a smoothie at 7:50p before they closed at 8p and the doors were locked and lights were off already. Whoever runs/owns this spot gotta go.
The employee (Diana C) was in the restroom upon us arriving. After she came out, she tossed some keys onto the register and very annoyed asked what we wanted. No greeting at all. She was very short the whole encounter with an annoyed look on her face, attitude, and little to no eye contact. She proceeded to make the drinks with said attitude the whole time. Upon leaving, another family walked in and she showed the same attitude towards them when the mom was asking a question. I wondered if she was maybe having a bad day but upon reading past reviews, this is a common occurrence. Hopefully management is able to address this issue they have. And if she’s the manager then girl, don’t work there if you’re gonna have a bad attitude.
Disappointing Experience at Jamba Juice
I visited the Jamba Juice location near me recently, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. I arrived just before the posted closing time, and despite the doors being open, the employee inside simply told me the store was closed. There was no effort to assist or even acknowledge my presence beyond that.
It's frustrating to show up when the doors are open, expecting to place an order, only to be turned away without any explanation or courtesy. I understand that employees may want to finish their shifts, but basic customer service should still be a priority. I left feeling unwelcome and dissatisfied. I hope management can address this issue to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Jamba has always been my favorite. I was passing through Menifee and happen to see one. I have to say that the young lady that was working this Sunday morning was very rude. Didn’t say hello, I asked about the bowls and she applied that there was none available. Then when I had a question about a juice she quickly replied “ the menu is up there” when she gave me my order I loudly said thank you and she just walked away. First and last time I come to this location. Need people with good customer service.

My friend and I got a fantastic couple of smoothies here and the service was just so pleasant! It's not really a place to sit down inside but the smoothies were so good it's worth a trip.

New stop on my way home from work so freshing to have a razz ma tazz. Matt was super helpful. Would definitely recommend for cleanliness.
