I wouldn’t go back to get any food from this place The boy that fixed my sandwich when the vegetables fell off the sandwich he put it right back on the cutting board didn’t even look like it was clean. My stomach was hurting and I feel like I was about to vomit last night, so therefore I will not be returning to this place.

How to crappy experience at this place I ordered my food in advanced and they still got everybody else's mail ready before mine I ordered about a half an hour ago walked in and had to wait for another 10 minutes for my food there was no acknowledgement of the delay and I tipped $3 and this is why I don't like to tip without having the service first

Asked to add avacado to my regular club. When I was home and took a bite discovered that the avacado was spoiled. When I tried to remove it I realized that the lettuce was not crispy it was wilty. There was only 1 slice of bacon on my club. The tomato was old. The bread was stale. This was the case for my husbands sandwich too. All of the meat was wet. The ham was from ham loaf. This was my first bad experience with Jersey Mike's. I will not be returning to this location again.

The 3-4 guys that were working were totally slammed with walk-in’s and online orders. I was really impressed by how the guy at the register (didn’t catch his name) immediately checked in with me and how all of them were working and maintaining a happy disposition despite the situation. Sandwiches are on point too which is a plus!

I'll start off with the good. The sandwiches are always great here. With that said their time management absolutely is horrible. I arrive tell them my name they say still working on it so I take a seat and see the line ordering go from 5 deep to zero customers in line twice while I'm waiting. The back counter is stacked with sandwiches . The counter sandwiche maker just cleaning his station. I could've canceled my online order and ordered thru the counter I would've saved my 30 min wait. Then the young lady that initially greats me sets my bag on the back counter and head to the back where the online sandwich maker is working. I understand it gets busy with online orders but come on 30 min after I arrive while the front sandwich maker isn't making sandwiches. This is the stuff that makes you not want to tip before you get your food. Who ever was the Manager on Friday June 13th wasn't running it very efficiently.

Jersey Mike's subs are always delicious. My choice is an Italian sandwich made Mike's way - totally tasty! The regular size is enough for my appetite. The combo with a drink and chips is well worth the extra few dollars. Highly recommended.

On my visit on Saturday, May 10 2025, Jayden was so great. He was polite and professional. He asked me if I wanted my sub Mikes way, as this was my first visit ever to Jersey Mikes I asked what that meant and he explained it was lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oil, vinegar, oregano, and salt. He had a great attitude and made my first visit one to remember. Thank you Jayden!
The sandwiches are good and they are always made by very nice people. The turkey sandwich and the roast beef sandwich are my favorites. I like it Mike's way, with a little mayo and extra mustard on one side. I have no pictures because I remember after I eat, but one day there will be... Stay tuned lol
