It's Krispy Kreme what else needs to be said. Their great.
Normally I don't have a problem with Krispy Cream, but two things have caught my attention yesterday at the Menifee location. One, the employee's who was working yesterday on April 30, 2025 didn't acknowledge my mom and I when we walked through the door. One was in the far back while the other was around the cooker. No doughnuts was being made at the time we went, and no one was in the shop. I went in around 1 pm and stood there for about 10 to 15 mins. Second, was the doughnuts. We ate our doughnuts at home for a snack. Come to find out that the doughnuts were chewy and inside wasn't done all the way. Texture was close to mochi chewing but still very under cooked.

Probably for the manager of this place maybe try educating your staff about coupons and promos i was trying to explane to one of them about a coupons i had. Probably listen to the customer next time.
