Worst krispy kreme ever!!!!!! Worst customer service! I ordered pick up at 7:45am last night. And when i got there it's not ready yet plus I ordered assorted and they said they only have glazed. I let it slide, but when I ordered additional drink, the crew just left after making the coffee and let me wait for extra 15-20mins! I know they are busy, but it's the attitude that pissed me off.

Placed an order at night for pick up and it was a dozen glazed and a dozen of the assorted donuts, half being the Halloween donuts that are 50 cents extra, but I was only given the glazed dozen and 6 assorted donuts. I was told I could either pick another 6 to replace the Halloween ones that I couldn't get since they sold out or just take the 6. The employee looked annoyed when I asked about the extra 3 dollars for the upcharge on the Halloween donuts so he told me if I get the 6 donuts I chose he'd refund me on the dozen so that's what I chose. It's been 4 days since this happened and I still haven't seen a refund. The worker also told me he had to keep the receipt so he could do the refund.

Located on Haun and Newport Roads, across the street from Applebee's. For a great doughnut experience, this shop is a top choice for us. The location is easily accessible, featuring a convenient drive-thru and plenty of parking. I especially appreciate their seasonal creations, which are creatively decorated and add a fun, festive touch to any occasion. For a classic, you can't go wrong with their iconic glazed doughnuts, they're always a fresh and yummy option. They serve a good variety of other treats such as Coffee, Lattes, and Chillers, even Brew Box for the office or gatherings. The service here is consistently fast and efficient, making every visit a good one.

BEST PUMPKIN GLAZE DONUTS! Okay, I’m biased with Krispy Kreme, but the donut praise is real! They have the best glazed donuts in the biz. Combine that with their seasonal flavors and you’ll be HOOKED! I just ate two donuts in less than 60 seconds, I know I’m a fiend.
Service was a little goofy during this visit. I misunderstood some lady behind the counter and she got a little ticked. They had the wrong donut in the wrong tray/name slot. It was an honest mistake. She changed her tune towards the end and became pleasant.
I LOVE this location as it’s always clean, accessible, and has a drive-thru?! It’s near the shopping hub off Newport in Menifee so it’s in perfect location for a donut stop. I also spotted loads of cool merch inside. I’m buying a sweater next time.

Walked in with my son to order new Harry Potter donuts, one single woman was struggling to serve the building line of customers as there was a team meeting taking place on the floor. 7 employees couldn't be bothered to help the line of customers on a SAT morning. Once we finally got to the counter after almost 20 minutes I was told the HP donuts would not be ready for 4 hours and that I could place an on-line order (They were not able to help me). I went on-line and the HP donuts were not available to purchase. Unbelievable how rude and callous the management of this store is.

We showed up a few (10) minutes before closing. 3 different families looking for a nice donut. They made us wait till past closing and then came out to say they are closed and cannot sell finis part closing.
