Little Caesars Pizza

The worst place to go for pizza. Time for a phone order is 1 hour and still takes more than 1 hour to be ready. Something is really wrong with this place

This site is never in a hurry. Ready in 20 minutes is more like an hour and 20 minutes. Food is cooked and tastes ok but sevice is super slow. I think this is the second time I've made a review here and the other was about 6 months or a year ago and it hasn't changed.

Placed order online for pickup . Took 90 minutes to be ready and raw dough

They are always understaffed. I ordered online and still had to wait about two hrs for an order that was put in as “asap”. No sense of urgency from the back staff. They had one young, confused girl working the front on a Friday night.
This is the last time I try Little Caesar’s. I rather pay the extra to get my food or eat at home .

The app says your order is ready in an hour, but you actually arrive and it takes another 1 or 2 hours for your order to be delivered. The food is okay, but the service is terrible. They don't give you an explanation as to why your order is taking so long to come out.

This Menifee location manager was very rude because people were anoid.by thier orders not ready when time to pick up. Manager said the app is appx time frame not actual time to pick up? What? She told us to cancell our order and take our buiness elsewhere. She should not be in management. I will start going to Papa Johns.

Took an additional hour to receive pizza after digital order was sent 3 hours earlier. Employees were on their phones during this period doing nothing.

I placed an order online at 5:48 to be picked up at 7:30pm. When I got there it was completely packed. Multiple people upset & was told it would be another 30 minutes at least for it to be ready. This is isn't the 1st time this is has happened. Tried giving it a second chance. But nope, never again. Asked for a refund. Hopefully that won't take additional time either.

By far the slowest little Caesars I've ever ordered from. I always order online since their lobby is smaller than a public bathroom. It's always over 30 minutes late on the pick up time I choose, it's too the point where I purposely set the pick up time well before I actually plan to pick it up. Seriously needs new management from the ground up. Possibly a new location or renovation because I refuse to ever wait inside that restaurant with the pitiful amount of room customers have.

Also they don't stretch the deep dish dough far enough into the corners but that's nothing compared to the wait times.

Still standing here waiting on our order and they aren't using the pizza portals so it's chaos. It was supposed to be ready at 6-6:05 and was finally told it will be ready in 10 mins at 6:35
