Little Caesars Pizza

The store was sweltering hot. I’m seeing so many staff reviews and I don’t think it’s the workers fault. The poor kids are working in illegal conditions. No wonder they aren’t working well, they are doing the best they can in those conditions. They are clearly overheating, sweaty, and working in hostile work conditions. I hadn’t had Little Caesars in a very long time and I placed an online order. I arrived around the time the online confirmation said pizza would be ready and the wait was fine. But had I known the kids were working in such horrendous conditions I would never have ordered. I will not order or give them my business again.

Horrible customer service! placed an online order at 4:45pm for a 6:30pm pick up and upon arrival I had to wait another additional 20 minutes. What's the point of online order if they can't have it ready on time. They need new management or they will continue to have angry customers like me.

Pizza here is actually pretty good but the service the attitude the overall experience coming here 9/10 times truly sucks. Horrible attitude and rudeness. I live down the street and also do DoorDash I hate coming here every time. Long wait times can be expected the service though is not acceptable.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Little Caesars location. One of my pizzas was noticeably burnt, which was frustrating enough, but the customer service made it worse. I asked a simple question about cheese sauce, and the woman working the front gave me a rude look like I was asking something ridiculous. When I tried to clarify, she snapped back with, “Well, we don’t,” in a way that was completely unnecessary. A simple “no” would’ve been fine — there was no need for the attitude, especially considering I was the only customer in the store and it wasn’t busy at all.

Her behavior was extremely off-putting, and as long as she continues to work there with that kind of attitude, I won’t be coming back.

They need faster workers because why does it take an hour plus to make 1 classic pepperoni pizza? That’s ridiculous.

This is BY FAR the worst Little Ceasers I've ever been to. The employees are rude and act like your bothering them. Plus the amount of wait time is Insane. Do your self a Favor. DO NOT EAT HERE

Ayo, this is crazy … 2 hours for a pizza that was ordered ahead of time … I NOTICED SOMETHING HERE!! BE AWARE; DO NOT GO BACK TO YOUR CAR AFTER THEY TELL YOU TO WAIT 25-35MIN, if you go inside after that time is up, they will tell you to wait an additional 25-35Min! SO YOU NEED TO STAY INSIDE SO THEY CAN KEEP SEEING YOU FOR THEM TO PUSH YOUR ORDER. If you go back to your car and wait, then they’ll assume you just got there so they make you wait. They tell everyone the same thing. It quite pathetic the way this establishment is being conducted. Shows what type of workers are behind the counter, I’ve seen enough (1hour worth of standing) to know that this place is unsanitary and cleaning practices are to a concern of public health safety.

At this point just shut down already, manager is very rude and unprofessional. If you know your crew is understaffed, you don’t need to add more stress in being ignorant and saying it out loud ``no overtime’’! Like people are already annoyed that it’s over an hour wait. The staff by the their facial expressions are already wanting to quit! The owner of this Location needs to be more compassionate and not be greedy! You make so much money yet cannot have enough staff for weekends!! If you can’t meet the needs of the community close it down and move on! It’s ridiculous!

Ordered a pepperoni olive and mushroom pizza and for them to just add the mushroom and olive in the center of the pizza. If its not the long wait times that has kept me away from this location their poor portioning for sure will now have me going elsewhere even if that means paying a bit more. This is ridiculous.

They work in horrible conditions. It's very hot in there. These people are sweating. I saw the table werethey opened cans, it was all outdated it was no hot and ready Pizza. It took 50 minutes for people to get one. Luckily, I order mine. This place needs an update immediately. I don't recommend it.Go at your own risk

The worst place to go for pizza. Time for a phone order is 1 hour and still takes more than 1 hour to be ready. Something is really wrong with this place

This site is never in a hurry. Ready in 20 minutes is more like an hour and 20 minutes. Food is cooked and tastes ok but sevice is super slow. I think this is the second time I've made a review here and the other was about 6 months or a year ago and it hasn't changed.
