Most terrible experience and service. Said order would be ready in about 20 mins from placing order and said would get notified by email when it's ready. 40 mins passed.. no email. Went in to check. First off, the cashier was not welcoming at all. Told him I haven't received an email so thought I'd check on my order. He still didn't say a word besides asking for my name. No empathy or apology for inconvenience. He brought out my order which had clearly BEEN ready since I don't know when! I made sure all my items were there before I left.. not thinking I needed to check the actual quality of the pizza! I ordered a 2-topping pizza (pepperoni and onion) w/the "online special" coupon! See the attached picture. Why does this pizza look like a HALF CHEESE and HALF pepperoni and onion pizza!? And more BREAD CRUST than actual pizza! Also, the portion sizes of the rest of the items ordered were also very disappointing for the prices! It was one thing after another from start to finish with this order and experience with this location. Disappointed and upset are not enough to describe how I am feeling with this place... not to mention this was my 1st time going here! 1 star is still TOO MUCH.

Big lady in the front is rude! If you don’t like your job, go somewhere else that doesn’t require you to interact with people. There’s no reason to be mean and ugly towards customers that have done NOTHING to you!! The “manager” is no better either for allowing someone like her to be the front.

Don’t bother using online portal. My experience was I arrived at the time my order would be ready only to be told I need to wait 25 more minutes. I was upset and told them to refund my money and stormed out. A staff member said a comment under his breath and obviously ignored my request because just now I received notification my pizza ready. Tried calling 3 times to get them to refund me. When did customer service becomes difficult.

I gave this place 2 chances, even spoke to the manager about my bad experience, he brushed me off. I love crazy bread from little Caesars! This place has managed to kill that. First time I bought it was raw, second time I asked to look into bag and make sure they were cooked, nope not the case brown on outside, but their bread was usually thicker so the center still doughy. Never going back here again. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months (first time I was there I brushed it off because it was rainy...not the case the second time). They don't pick up their phones. So many things to list.

This is not the first time that my family order items from this establishment and we get our order short and we call asking for the missing items and they can’t do anything about and it will not deliver the missing items.The way they answer the phone is rude and unwelcoming if they answer after many attempts, and the solution is the establishment will refund you the money for the missing items but it will take 10 business days thats unfortunately because all we wanted is the missing items and is so sad that they don’t believe in customer service and they don’t have no work ethics or doing the right thing.Order number: 1055407Order had:1 slices and sticks1 classic cheese1 stuffed crazy crust combo1 pretzel crust with pizza sauce1 crazy breadMissing:Stuffed crazy pizza from crazy crust comboPretzel crust with pizza sauceI hope someone will take care of this and apply the comments to improve and retrain their employees, with out customers they don’t have revenue and a way to pay location and employees, simple philosophy if you take care of the costumer they will come and take care of the business.Thank you.

Hot & Ready isn't usually Hot & Ready. If it ever is, it's only the new more expensive option rather than what most people would want that would help the line move quicker which they seriously need during known busy times. Almost always an unacceptable long wait. The owners/managers have to figure something out or get someone who can. Right now, they're failing.

Placed an online order for scheduled pick-up. I contemplated setting the time a little later since I might have been a little late, but thought "nah, they might be a little late." Little was an understatement. I didn't get a confirmation that my order was ready until 45 minutes later. I'm not too upset, even though you normally should be, because I was fortunately doing other things in the area.I got the pizza out of the portal, looked at it, thought it was correct, and took it home. Unfortunately, I had actually received a completely different pizza.I called the store and was on hold for 10 minutes and managed to briefly speak to a manager who put me on hold again and then just hung up. I called again and was on hold for over 30 minutes to no avail.Despite this awful experience, I give this a 2-star as this is above and beyond service for a Little Caesars in my area, which is very sad and says a lot. At least I received confirmation that my order was ready, the pizza was placed in the portal, I actually received a pizza, and was briefly able to speak someone on staff despite it not resolving anything, which is more than I can say for the other Little Caesars.
