food is pretty good but very pricey and they are so stingy with their miso soup. All the times I have gone i have asked for a refill and they always say they ran out of miso soup.

Didn’t want to waste time to review this place but I have to cause of it’s crazy expensive for legitimately NO reason! It’s in sun city, I can’t imagine the rent being too high, in this area the prices SHOULD be more reasonable. This is not OC or any ritzy part of town. The food was decent but not for what we paid and keep in mind it was LUNCH SPECIAL so it’s supposed to be a reduced price, we got 2 lunch specials & 2 iced coffees, 1 corn cheese appetizer for 80$ plus with tip. Absolute madness for 5/10 type food in a building from a bygone area, looking at the place from the outside makes one squirm inside but sometimes those places are gems, not the case here. Building reflected the energy inside.
All I gotta say is, if you absolutely NEED Korean food then go here, it’s better than frozen kind, but just know you’re going to pay a lot of money for such experience.

Delicious Food, it was so good I forgot to take pictures. We ordered ramen, Bibimbap, wonton soup, Pork Bulgogi, spicy chicken. We also got kimchi, pickled cucumber, fish cake, miso soup as sides and they were delicious. Definitely recommend to try if you’re looking for authentic Korean food. The server was nice & helpful, the owner came out to greet and was very nice. I loved the food & the atmosphere was very relaxed. Give it a try!

extremely good food and service. I usually never see Korean restaurants in the IE and this one surprised me too. I had the seafood green onion pancake and it was extremely crispy outside and buttery inside. It comes with free sides of mashed potato, kimchi and miso soup, there's a lot of food for 1 entree beware Service is very kind too, it's a family owned restaurant and mama, the head chef, comes and greets customers about their food, she's very sweet and hardworking. I'll come back to try the fried chicken, never had Korean fried chicken before I always wanna try it. SIDE NOTE I accidentally left my leftovers in the restaurant my bad
The short ribs and Kimchi were so good. The service was great, very hospitable. The Bulgogi was not bad, but I’ve been spoiled by our Korean friend who makes it regularly. Unfortunately the water, unless you get the bottled water is tap water .
Very clean and wonderful staff. Food is very good. Food is comparable to Korean restaurants in LA and San Diego but still has that small city atmosphere. A must try! I will be back with the whole family!

Been going to Mamas kitchen for a little over a year now. It has become an anniversary tradition with my wife since she doesn’t eat many Asian dishes but Mamas kitchen she will go and eat in a heartbeat. It’s that good.
When we go the service is always on point. Our waitress is always attentive and is always asking if there’s anything we need. The food always come out hot, fresh and oh so yummy
Atmosphere is great. This place is so inviting and that’s one of the reasons we keep coming back.
