I just want to say thank you for being closed right now because I was at the restaurant next-door for drinks and I really wanted your pizza. I was very happy to see that the open sign was off and that your employees were cleaning because I was about to go way over my diet limit calories today. So thank you for being closed and I will see you Probably tomorrow when I have another thousand calories on my app to burn

For the second time in under a month I have either not received everything I ordered or have gotten the wrong items. So disappointed with this location. They really need to step up there quality control. Would highly recommend going to a different pizza place.

The food was good, but I think the place is way too expensive for what it js. It's good, not fabulous. We've tried pizza and a pizza bowl. It's a lot of food, but with the prices, I would expect the quality to be significantly better than what I can get at dominoes. Also, check each location because they don't all the the coupons offered on the website. The Scott Rd / 215 location never seems to be taking any sort of coupon.

The bottoms of the pizzas were so greasy/oily that it soaked thru the boxes and overflowed onto my back seat. The employee, who claimed to be the general manager, said that all he was allowed to offer me was $15 credit (on a $100 order). I've never had such a bad experience here. They don't need to worry about seeing me again.

Upon receiving our two orders of cheesy bread they didn’t put any dipping sauce with either of them. When we called to find out why we were told because we ordered thru DoorDash there was nothing they could do. It’s their responsibility to make sure everything is with all the orders for the dasher. Not the other way around. I wouldn’t want a random person opening up my food. Won’t be ordering from them again.

I had made large orders to support school dances in the pase- the total including the tip was over 1,000. For some reason, no one will return my call to set this up for a dance this year. The manager refuses to call me, & the shift manager wanted to whine about all of the work that has to happen for an order of that size. I am now trying to locate a business that is interested in doing their job.Apparently, the manager with whom I worked before was promoted, and nobody is interested in working at this particular franchise. Very disappointing.
