Incredibly incompetent staff could not deal with a simple app order even when provided with proof. Manager did nothing to fix the issue and refused to provide district manager contact for complaint.
Restaurant #35450 in Menifee, Ca. Has the absolute worst service then any restaurants in Menifee, managers obviously don't teach courtesy to their workers. I was a walk in. I stood in line for over 10 minutes with workers and supervisor going about their business working. I ordered food and did not receive a fry or a McDouble. Went in to buy another McDouble to receive my missing McDouble as well but they did not give me the one that was missing. I mentioned they just charged me for a whole new one and I was missing one still. The dumb broad proceeded to say yeah yeah they will get your order when it’s ready. So I paid $3 for what? Trash place as usual.
