This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I had two separate orders and they got them wrong. Forgot the sauce I ordered and the fries were not fresh. I went back through the drive thru and told them that we never received our sauce and that the fries were old and they said they would give us a fresh fry. After waiting 30 minutes for 3 cars in front of us we finally got to the second window and they refused to give us a fresh fry and proceeded to give us 3 ketchups and 1 BBQ. We said we needed more and they had attitude and waited a couple of minutes before bringing us more sauce. Once we got home we realized they forgot a nugget which was my fault but realistically it is the poor business from this location not doing their job. I will not be coming back.

Accepted a mobile order while restaurant is closed for maintenance. Upon contacting customer service was told that our order couldn’t be transferred to another location and it would take up to seven days for our refund to be processed

Sometimes you just need something you know is not doing your body any favors, like their fresh, crispy fries. Always ask for FRESH fries unless you want the wilted ones. The young man in the drive-they was so nice and considerate. It was a nice change from the other one who, a while back, hap-hazardly “closed” the lid to the drink and then went on to spill orange soda all down my car door. Thankful most of it was on the outside. Anywho, this time it was a nice experience and the line moved quickly. The food was fresh and oh so bad for me! They are remodeling so no “dining” inside for now.
