Most of the time I only order an Ice Coffee to go on their App at least 5 minutes before I get there. But most of the time it takes 10 or 15 minutes to make it, even when it doesn’t look very busy in the lobby. So their services is normally slower than the sometimes slow service at the Bradley location in Menifee. So I don’t recommend it unless you like waiting longer than normal.

Terrible customer service. Came through the drive thru to get an ice cream cone and was greeted with do we have a code and when we said no they said “go ahead” instead of what can I get for you? They said the ice cream was down which was okay and when we asked for him to give us a minute the guy replied with “WHAT” all rudely. We left because I’m not going to spend my money at an establishment that can’t even teach their employees good customer service. When we drove by window 1 there were two guys just talking and now I see why he was talking the way he was because he was too busy trying to talk to his coworker.

Go somewhere else, Wrong order and missing food. After getting a hold of someone the lady was rude and hung up on me. Telling me I had to bring it all back even the missing item LOL…. I use this McD often but not anymore.

Came here a few times and it’s been twice that the Manager has been so rude and unhelpful to my family and I. She has such a bad attitude to not only the customers but to the employees as well.

Decided to change my review because I have had to make complaints twice now to the main office because of rude staff. Tonight, I went through the drive thru and was asked to park, but there was a large vehicle in front of me and when I said I didn't feel comfortable, the manager got mad and starting yelling and telling me he'll just give me a refund. When I said I just wanted my food and I didn't mind waiting, he got angrier and slammed the window, but I could still hear him calling me a bunch of cuss words. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I think his name was Matty. I reported it to the main office too, but that's the last time I ever go to this McDonald's for sure.

Normally its decent coming here but when you favor the drive thru more the the people coming into the lobby because they dont want to wait in the really long line for drive thru. This is the 2nd time I waited for 20 mins for 2 drinks its crazy

It sucks that employees walk by the customers waiting in front of the counters waiting to be helped. It's as if they were invisible. No greeting, no offer for help. I understand that the ordering stations are avaible but people will not learn or use them overnight.

Charged me for take out order, it’s on my bank statement but told me the order was canceled ? And refused to give me it or help at all. Will contact my bank for assistance. Normally good but idk what happened today.

Completely unacceptable. This McDonald’s doesn’t have a baby changing station in either restroom, so I was forced to change my baby on a bench inside the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting and humiliating. How can a place that calls itself “family friendly” not have such a basic necessity? It’s 2025 — there’s no excuse for this level of neglect. I’ll never come back to this location until they fix it.

My mobile order was canceled after I’d already driven 15 minutes to get there. A refund is t enough for wasting my time. Plus they’re always adding pink whipped cream to my frappes, no other location does that.
