Tried to go through the drive thru at 4:10am on Tuesday March 26 on my way to work and no one was there to take my order. After 5 minutes I left. This location’s drive thru is supposed to be open 24 hours.

I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS. But this establishment is out of hand. NEVER order food from here to be delivered from doordash. I had 4 drivers cancel and I called McDonalds 12 times. There were times were they picked up the phone and hung up. If i could leave ZERO stars I would. Waste of my time waiting for an hour plus for food.

Line was way way long. I work in fast food so I’m pretty understanding but everything was cold when I received it. Was told multiple times i couldn’t do two transactions on the same card even though me and my boyfriend did two seperate orders. I’m not trying to blame anyone but this experience was very frustrating and it seemed like the lady at the window did not care. maybe schedule more cashiers and fix the app, it’s confusing for both customers and employees.

**********UPDATED 12/6/18**********So the new trend ar McD's is the self service KIOSK. This resraurant is located in a mostly Senior Citizen area know as the CORE in Sun City. There were about 4 people waiting for service when a manager in a greenish shirt told the customer (elderly) to order at the self service kiosk. The elderly man said he preferred a person because the self service kiosk was confusing to him. The manager said, in a snotty voice, "Well, you are going to have to wait a few minutes for me, because I am busy." So the Elderly man waited patiently while everyone else looked at the manager wondering why she was so rude.McDonald's is slowly losing it's personal connection with the customer base. Sad.Just not enjoying the burgers as much. They were dry and seemed they sat around cooked for too long. Fries awesome as always.Parking: Small lot mostly used for drive thruWheelchair accessibility: A few spaces

The music really sucked. I don’t know what they were playing. I don’t know what station they have streaming, but I felt like I was being prodded and poked with sharp needles while I was eating.

My last time going there. No matter what you order 9/10 you're sent to the parking spot and I've gotten the wrong order twice now. So much disorganization they need to look into replacing management.
