This review is for all McDonald's restaurants. When McDonald's started it was all about customer service, now there is no customer service, no one to greet you when you dine in and you can't even refill your own drinks. I predict that McDonald's will go the way of the dinosaur! Unless they change their ways!

One of the worst McDonald’s I went in to get a refill and the worker up front it was some guy who was a little feminine was very rude and wouldn’t give me a refill… I didn’t know refills where such a big deal. Whatever that’s why I stopped coming to McDonald’s

They're never ready however open 24 hr in the drive through. Carried on conversation with car in front of me making wait even longer, driver didn't even get an order. I observed working ungloved employee handling money and food, This isn't the first time they've had several visitors backing up out of drive through. I think my coffee is old taste terrible 😔

Order through the app and they forgot my McNuggets and they always forget my sauces and they make you pull to the side no matter how small the order is. Terrible staff and management.

Had me pull into a parking spot for 2 cheese burgers and a fry and they finished out 3 cars behind me in the drive thru, then brought my food out. It was cold.

Saturday night 24hr location. Breakfast only after 3am. Who eats breakfast at 3am ridiculous. Drive thru employee with attitude. Learn from Jack and the crack (box) all food all the time.

The meat tasted strange. Service is ok and this time was not slow but I don't think I will ever eat a beef burger from them again. I couldn't eat the meat...not rancid or spoiled just didn't taste like beef. If I ever return,I will get a fish sandwich...if I ever return!

It’s ridiculous to have to wait for drinks after receiving my food. If you can’t manage long lines, then shut the system down. My food shouldn’t get cold while you handle drinks. You want $30 an hour, but the service you’re providing feels more like it’s worth $12.50 an hour, especially considering the high food prices.
