The level of customer service at this location has starting to been going downhill everytime I go. Last couple times I went, it took me over 10 minutes to receive my order, even though the app says it ready, and associates have no care. I would go somewhere else.

This location does not give you everything you order and they will argue with you about it. I ordered a six dollar nugget meal and in the app, it allows me to select 4 ranchs, 1 bbq sauce, and 3 sweet and sour sauces. The cashier at 8 pm who was giving me my order literally argued with me about charging me for the sauce that I already ordered in the app. The app will already charge you for extra sauce depending which location you choose. I know because in Mission Viejo, they do charge in the app for extra sauce. This service is horendous.

This place is the worst, they move your car to the side when waiting for your food at drive thru. They have about 10 parking slots. You wait 20 minutes for your food!!! Then they have to go back inside for sauces add another 20 minutes To that !! Not your place to go if you’re hungry or have hungry kids at home

We drove through at about 2:00pm. Was told that there was no s’mores flavored McFlurry. Had to wait ten minutes to receive our meal. Grandpa’s hamburger was sloppy and my fries seemed like they were made yesterday! Can’t believe we paid for this. I will never come to this mcdonalds again unless they can get their act together. Don’t go here. Rude Employee’s, Terrible Food, and Long Wait times!
