Saturday night 24hr location. Breakfast only after 3am. Who eats breakfast at 3am ridiculous. Drive thru employee with attitude. Learn from Jack and the crack (box) all food all the time.
Been coming here for over 6 years and lately it's been nothing but bad experiences, today I went thru drive thru and got asked to pull over and noticed everyone at the drive thru was as well, we filled up the parking lot and when I got my food it was cold and the fries were soggy with the taste of old oil, very disappointed,not sure if they're under new management.
If I'm going to the drive-thru I want to stay in the Drive-Thru I don't want to park in a parking spot and wait for my food to come out I want to get it from the window where it used to come out not wait an extra 5 to 10 minutes for it to finally make its way out to the parking lot. And I feel like a lot of this is because they want to make sure that their numbers are better and it looks good. Maybe I'm wrong.
