No employees working the counter. They prioritize drive through over customers inside. Took 25 minutes to receive our food. Numbers left on tables, restaurant neglect on cleaning.

Not too friendly staff.. would rather talk to eachother than take your order.. Also failed to give me cream or sugar for my coffee.. had to reach behind counter to get it myself bc again they were to busy talking to eachother

Took out the menu board and are forcing the kiosk use. Can't see pictures of options unless you are using the kiosk so you have to wait until someone is done and of course one machine was broken. Also they don't offer refills and the drinks are 40 cents more than other McDonald's.

Pretty much, my order was wrong. So why I only have 1 star because why give more that 1 if you failed to do the one thing needed. We all know what we expect from this place

We spent 45 minutes in the drive thru line, 45 MINUTES!!! When we finally got to the window to pay, my wife asked what the hold up was. The kid working the window proceeded to get a slick mouth with my wife, “What are you so upset about? You act like I’m the one making the food!” He continued to argue his point when a simple, “I apologize for the wait, there’s only 3 of us working today,” would have been fine. He’s lucky I drove off when I did, any longer and his little mouth would have gotten him in much more trouble. Staying away from this location permanently!!!

Was not able to get my food worst thing was the manager
Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. Checked my order and they were McDoubles. I went in and told them and they literally slapped cold pieces of cheese on the burgers and handed them back. The worst part is it was the manager.

Unfortunately our eggs in our breakfast sandwiches looked off color like green.. I know sometimes this is normal if the eggs are overcooked however still ended up with a stomach ache for hours. Turned off with their breakfast probably for good :/
