Yesterday, my friend and I went to there in menifee, CA to check monsta snow to get drink.. Therefore, I noticed to their business change to different other new owner business (Waffle & Boba Brew)...... look like monsta snow is no longer of business.. I, not know to what happen to monster snow business (I'm shocked)? I miss monster snow of drink .. last time, I went to there and was do delicious freeze Taro and freeze coconut drink at monsta snow! Anyway, I tried to taste new business owner of waffle & Boba Brew at same place...I did taste is not good and not same like before.. So, I missed to taste of monsta snow back. :( I will not go back to there to new owner business of Waffle & Boba Brew again. I will search to find another one somewhere in menifee,..

I’m not one to make reviews but my partner was almost seriously hurt by their actions. After being asked about things that are dairy free, the answer we got was yes there are dairy free options (we clarified with the girl that was working that this allergy would cause anaphylactic shock) When my partner took a single sip of the “dairy free” drink, their throat set on fire and we had to race to see how quickly we could get medication.

Malia was SO helpful on helping my daughter pick out a boba drink she would like as it was her first time having one. Thank you for your patience!! And she was really busy as it was the first day of school! Thank you again!

The boba is great! Andrew is always so kind to us when we come in. There was a woman that was upset about the price of toppings when she came in and was really giving him a hard time. He handled it with grace all while making drinks at the same time. The kind customer service is enough to keep me coming back. Thank you Andrew!

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible, Terrible service. Never going back! Their ordering system sucks. If you don't use their computer to order then you can't get a drink ! I'm old and just wanted 2 plain ice teas. Couldn't get it because I didn't want to use the computer to order. I hope they go out of business !!!!

I placed an online order for a waffle ice cream and forgot to add my 2nd topping. Got to the shop before my order was ready and asked for them to add the 2nd topping but was told it would be an additional charge to add the 2nd topping at the shop because it shouldve been placed online. I dont understand why I would get an extra charge for my 2nd topping when the waffle ice cream includes 2 toppings. I felt like the customer service wasnt great.
Disappointed. We normally love this boba place but some of the staff are not great at customer service. We normally love the brown sugar banana with Ube, but they've been out of the Ube for a while. Which is fine, we usually sub the Ube for taro and its still a great drink. However there is one employee who refuses to make us the drink this way. He claims they can't do it (when we have ordered this before when other employees were working). He pretty much called us liars for claiming we had gotten the drink this way.
Its still a good boba spot just not when this guys working.

They have a wide menu with a variety of drinks as well as other items like waffles, ice cream, and shaved ice. They also have a lot of merchandise available like t-shirts, tote bags, and stickers. We came because of their BOGO sale and their drinks weren't terrible, but did not meet our expectations. The drinks we got barely had a full scoop of topping and didn't taste very fresh.
* Lychee Jasmine Green Tea: 8/10 - nice flavor * Classic Matcha Milk Tea: 6/10 - tasted powdery * 0 - wasn't chewy and or fresh
The interior itself was very nice and fun. They have nice decorations and this unique structure that I think is used for customers to sit on. They have a couple of mobile kiosks to order from so we didn't interact with any workers. There's also a restroom in the back and a couple of tables to sit at. The parking was easy since they're located in a shopping plaza.
Give them a try if you're in the area.

It was delicious, however the establishment was very dirty. The base of the tables and the baseboards look like they don’t get good attention , i never entered the bathroom though so that I don’t know. The little mountain kids climb on was dirty and the exit/entrance door glass was full of smudges. They had just opened an hour before arriving. The floor you can tell was a spot mop and not a clean mop. I keep my location where I work clean and those are big areas we ensure are clean so I think it just stood out to me.
