Actually pretty good. They don't advertise it well enough but they have good boba tea here not just ice-cream.Dietary restrictions: They have lactose free items as well.Kid-friendliness: Nice little internal decor.

Long overdue review! I’ve been going here since it opened and every time has been a smooth and great experience. My drinks have always been consistent and super yummy! The employees are also suuuuper nice, theyre the sweetest <3 The mango green tea is delicious !! I also really like the taiwanese shaved ice, it’s soft and fluffy.

Great place to get your boba fix, I really liked the kiosk where you can choose and pick what drink you specifically want without holding the line up. I guess if you already know what you want you can go walk up the counter. They’ve got a bunch of unique drinks that you won’t find anywhere else. The taro+ube ice cream was really yummy, mochi waffles were a good complement.

Located on Newport Rd & Calle Tomas in the Olive Garden shopping center near Sprouts Farmers Market with plenty of parking. We were so happy to see this Asian dessert spot. We had to stop as we love Taiwanese shaved snow. There's plenty of different menu items to satisfy your cravings with a delicious treat such as Milk Tea Bobas, Shaved Snow, Ice-Cream, Waffle Treats, Cold Brew and Slushies.I tried their 'Taro Milk Tea Boba' and it was super good. We also ordered shaved snow and ice-cream, it was all very satisfying. The shop is clean and organized with such cute decor to go with the 'Monsta' theme. You can order online, through a kiosk inside the store or simply at the front counter.Overall, we had a good experience here and will definitely return to try other menu items.

I love this place! I love coming in for a drink with my family. It's a fun thing to do together. The staff members are always friendly and they give great service too. Super cute shop and delicious drinks!

The place was pretty crowded when we visited in the evening, but there are plenty of drink options. Due to the long line the waiting times are longer. This place is also more expensive than most of the other spots we have visited around CA and other states. The jasmine and lavender milk teas were okay, pretty tasty.

This place just has an overall good vibe. They don’t skimp on the boba. Their drinks taste good. It’s not overpriced. Not much to say other than they hire staff with friendly personalities & offer several ways to order and pay.Kid-friendliness: Very inclusive and inviting.Parking: It’s a shopping center. What time you go will impact the parking. There is a restaurant and grocery store. You may not always park right up front but plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: The layout appears to be quite inclusive. I didn’t measure for ADA compliance but the lines and ordering stations all look like they would work. On the exterior there are ramps to the sidewalk and handicapped spaces.

Very good place. Really surprised actually, my grandmother never likes anything and loved the waffle flavor and texture. The ice cream was rich and tasted high quality. My drink was THE BOMB . Also the guy that was working yesterday was great. Great communication, kind, and very helpful I'll be back many time
