The pizza place is Good And Thee Employee Corolina I believe her Name is is Really Sweet And That She Should be Employee Of The Mouth ๐
We picked up so we cannot review the atmosphere. The staff appeared to be 21 and under. The pizza, I am sorry to say was terrible. I would call it cheese bread. The dough was undercooked, not crispy and the pie was 95% bread, 4.5% cheese and almost no sauce at all. The sausage and bacon toppings were ice cold. The worst part, with a $5.00 discount the cost of one large pizza was $39.70! If you want a good pizza go elsewhere. Oh, the young lady at the counter was delightful.

I have never ate there but one of their delivery drivers was doing 90MPH down Menifee and almost side swiped. He was driving a Chevy bolt. I spoke with the manager Moises and informed him of the situation.
No matter how late the order is, that is no way to handle a delivery. Putting at risk the life of others on the road.
Some of the nicest people work there, and the food is amazing. The pizza tastes homemade. The appetizers are great! This ranks as our number one pizza place, after homemade.

Great pizza, reminds me of Round table pizza with the small, crispy, cupped pepperoni.
Unfortunately it's very expensive. Large pepperoni pizza is $32.00! You add extra cheese and extra pepperoni or another topping, now you're over $40.00!
Service is always friendly, always clean, carry out time is pretty good, usually 20 minutes.
It's worth the cost $$$ every so often.

So we live locally and honestly it's always something. The pizza is good but service mediocre. Tonight I just wanted a salad, pizza and beer. To my surprise they actually had beer on tap, usually they are out. We walked in and waited, no one came out so we yelled to the back and asked if they were open. The salad bar was already put away, so I asked what time they close. They close at 12am on a Saturday but don't offer salad after 9pm. It was only 8:50 pm and the salad bar was already cleaned.
As I read the other reviews, which I never did before. I totally understand. We don't mind paying for good pizza, but the atmosphere is terrible, half the lights are off, nobody in here and No salad bar. This will be our last visit here, bummer because we need some good local pizza spots in town.

I am writing this review because what occurred at this location (store 188 on Newport Rd in Menifee) was completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing.
I traveled from Alabama to Menifee, California for Christmas to be with my husband and my brother in law, who is in the final stages of stomach cancer. He mentioned that Mountain Mike pizza was his favorite even though he hadnโt tried this location. I am only for 10 days so of course weโll oblige whatever makes him happy.
On December 23, we spent close to $100 on pizza from this location. The order was incorrect. We chose not to complain and absorbed the cost because the time with our dying loved one mattered more than disputing food errors.
On Christmas Eve, my brother-in- law requested pizza again however the rest of family opted out since our first experience. But we returned to this same location to give it one last opportunity to get the order right. Before leaving the store, we checked the pizza and immediately saw that it was once again incorrect.
We calmly and respectfully explained the issue to Adora, the front line employee. She demonstrated professionalism, patience, and a willingness to help. She took the matter to the store manager.
Adora returned and stated that the manager claimed no mistakes were made and that the order was followed exactly. This was inaccurate. We presented the written instructions and photographic evidence showing the errors. At that point, I requested to speak with the manager directly.
The store managerโs approach was combative, dismissive, and demonstrated an inability to provide solution based outcomes. Rather than listening, acknowledging the error, or taking ownership, he escalated the interaction and attempted to invalidate the customer experience.
Only after being confronted with clear evidence did the manager change his position and claim that he had already told Adora he was willing to remake the pizza. Adora was present, and when asked directly, she confirmed that this was not what she had been told.
The manager then attempted to shift responsibility onto a front line employee instead of demonstrating accountability or leadership. This is not only poor customer service delivery, it is a failure of basic management standards.
This interaction ruined what may have been one of our final shared moments around food with my brother in law. I am returning to Alabama, and this experience left a lasting negative impression during an already difficult time.
Adora handled herself appropriately and professionally throughout. The store manager did not.
I will never return to this location and will never patronize Mountain Mikeโs Pizza store 188 again. I strongly caution others to consider whether this establishment can be trusted to handle customer concerns with empathy, accountability, or solution oriented leadership.

It's good but it is overpriced! It has to blow me out of the park for me to be like.Wow this is worth the price. It's better than domino's, but it's not better than woodstock's
Last-minute decision to order pizza last night and let me tell you this place was amazing. Best pizza Iโve had in a while.
