EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. APPARENTLY THEY CLOSED AT 4:00PM TODAY BUT FORGOT TO TURN OFF THEIR ONLINE ORDERING. I ARRIVED AT THE STORE TO PICK UP MY ONLINE ORDER AND THERES A SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYING THEY CLOSED EARLY TODAY. WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE ONLINE ORDERING “ON” IF YOU ARE GOING TO CLOSE EARLY. I LEFT THE SHOP WITH NOTHING AND HAVENT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK.

Tried this place a couple of times, and it wasn't for me. Turned out they used cashew milk. I like cashews, but I didn't care for the milk version. Customer service was ok. They didn't explain anything much or give options if there were any. I tried different flavors during the last 2 visits and was not impressed. I figured, with their smoothies being highly priced compared to other smoothie spots and the higher rating, you would think they would taste better. We were not impressed.
Great, 1st timer, and will definitely be coming back.

I come into your store there’s only 2 people it takes him 15 to take my order and finally takes my order and then tells me it’s gonna be 15 minutes to get my order. The guy working by the car was doing his best but he had so many online orders he couldn’t take care of the customers in the store really a screwed up system you guys have they need more help
