This is my favorite Nekter in the area. Everyone is friendly and working hard and gives great recommendations. One time, I placed an order for waffles right when they opened. The waffle iron takes time to warm up, so the gentleman offered to bring it out to my car when it was done.

The acaí bowls were decent—fresh fruit and nicely presented—but the base could’ve used more flavor and a touch more sweet. Not bad overall, just missing that extra something to make it memorable.

I came in to pick up an order I had placed 20 minutes earlier. Upon arriving, I waited at the counter for another 15 minutes before anyone looked up to assist me. I understand the store was busy, and I am one of many customers they graciously serve each day, but a brief acknowledgment would have made all the difference. When I was finally greeted by a kind and professional staff member, she promptly handed me my drink, which had clearly been prepared and waiting in the cooler. The drink was lovely, as always—worth the visit. I simply hope future pickup experiences come with a touch more attentiveness. A little grace in the chaos goes a long way.
