Went in today, and the worker has the worst attitude. It’s like you had to get the words out of him forcefully. All of these businesses need to do better in focusing on good customer service and good attitude.

Ordered 1 again bowl with no granola.and they still put granola inside instead like I wouldn't see ot or something. And it tasted horrible like chemicals. I get a acai bowl every week and this is the 2nd timethis has happened. Will no longer be going here

The acaí bowls were decent—fresh fruit and nicely presented—but the base could’ve used more flavor and a touch more sweet. Not bad overall, just missing that extra something to make it memorable.

I came in to pick up an order I had placed 20 minutes earlier. Upon arriving, I waited at the counter for another 15 minutes before anyone looked up to assist me. I understand the store was busy, and I am one of many customers they graciously serve each day, but a brief acknowledgment would have made all the difference. When I was finally greeted by a kind and professional staff member, she promptly handed me my drink, which had clearly been prepared and waiting in the cooler. The drink was lovely, as always—worth the visit. I simply hope future pickup experiences come with a touch more attentiveness. A little grace in the chaos goes a long way.

I love the convenience of the app. I allows me to get healthy fast food. Everything is fresh and always made well. Maybe 1 in 4 visits they feel a little understaffed and there is a wait, but using the app helps avoid that. Regardless, the workers are always hustling and kind.

My experience at this location has been amazing. They have great customer service. My pick orders are always done before pick up time my juices always taste perfect and my parfaits are always freshly made!!

I regularly visit this establishment every morning. The lady who works in the morning, Daniela, is courteous and ensures that everything runs smoothly. Unfortunately, the gentlemen who work in the evening are not as friendly and often prepare my smoothie haphazardly. Initially.. Despite my affection for this place, I will give them a few more opportunities to improve; however, if the customer service does not meet my expectations, I will be forced to take my business to Jumbejuce. I spend approximately $80 per week on smoothies at Neckther Juices Bar, Third, and I don't mind.

first time here ! I liked this place ! Very good juices and bowls . However summer is here and more people are coming in. Today I saw only 2 employees rushing out and no one were taking orders. Not to mention the waiting to get the juices is longer. Feel bad for the employees. They might need help for this season.

I love that my protein bowls are always on point. They are made the same way every time. I have had Nekter protein bowls at other locations and they do not compare to how they are made at the Menifee location!

I love this place :) I have a new favorite smoothie (TRY THE PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE PROTEIN!!) same great service whether you order in store or on the app. App is simple to use and service was fast! But my favorite is even with the blenders going, the staff make sure to greet you as you walk in, and although I didn’t get the staff’s name from this morning she is always so sweet no matter the busyness of the store or how many machines are going!
