My family has been a Nothing Bundt Cakes customer for several years. We love their products and place orders a few times a year for special occasions.
About 7 months ago we moved to Menifee, and this was our third order from this location since moving here. As always, the cakes we received were delicious. However, at our birthday party that evening, when I opened the custom box of buntinis we ordered, I discovered that there had been a mix-up and they had given me the wrong order. The party was already underway, and it was late evening, so we consumed what we received.
The next day I returned to the shop and told the young lady who came out to help me that I needed to speak to a manager. And that was how I met Carrie T, the store manager. I showed her a copy of my order and a list of what I actually received (with photos). She looked the order up, and confirmed it had been properly entered. We concluded that there had been an error in the packing process, and my order number had been affixed to the wrong box.
Mistakes happen in even the most proficient operations. It is how you DEAL with these errors that distinguishes the best places to shop. Carrie gave me a complementary pumpkin spice Bundlet, placed a credit (good for 12 months) on my account, and thanked me for taking the time to return and let her know. That information, along with my documentation, was something she could share with her employees as a learning exercise to help prevent similar errors in the future. I recommend this Nothing Bundt Cakes location. They make great products, and they did the right thing to rectify an error.

I only had one cake ( the cookies and cream one ) but it was amazing. You can get a mini cake so you could eat it in a few days or for dessert. And there are big cakes that you can get for events like birthdays or wedding. So I would recommend this place.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service at the Menifee Nothing Bundt Cakes. I received the wrong cake, and it was still sealed and untouched. We realized the mistake immediately — we hadn’t even stepped fully out of the store before coming back to ask for the correct one. The staff refused to refund or replace the cake, even though the error wasn’t ours.
I’ve always enjoyed their cakes, but this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope corporate reviews this policy, because refusing to correct an obvious mistake while the customer is still standing in the bakery is unacceptable.

I have the baggie & saw that this location sells the baggie BUT THEY DON’T HONOR THE BAGGIE DEAL! I don’t understand that concept. Why would they be able to make a profit off of selling the bag but not honoring the bag??? The manager had a new worker that didn’t know much but the manager never came out of the back to address the concerns. I will not be shopping at this location again which is unfortunate because this is the location that’s closest to me.

I bought a pre packages raspberry white chocolate cake from the Menifee location. The texture was very gummy and not cake-like, at all. Per their request, I attached photos to the company email and was told that someone would contact me shortly that day. After three days, I contacted them and they offered me a store credit instead of a full refund. I accepted because I planned to use it at the Temecula location. They proceeded to tell me that it can only be used at their store. The cake is still sitting in my refrigerator and I have the receipt. Why would the owner deny me a full refund? At one point they told me the manager was there and put me on hold for 15 minutes until the phone started ringing again and another associate picked up. I have been getting the runaround from this store for a week; and they do it politely with a smile. Sadly, that's customer service for you.

I came in last minute for a few bundtlets for my daughter's Birthday. One of the girls at the counter was quick to greet me and offer for help. It was also my birthday in a few days and she was so sweet and wished us both happy birthday with a free cake. Her name was Marissa and she made my week! As a manager of a business establishment I just want to say great job hiring Marissa😊
The cakes are good but pretty pricey for the size. There is always a wait.

A super cute little store! Bright and cheery with very friendly and attentive employees who welcome you as soon as you enter. The little bundt cakes make wonderful thank you gifts!!

Never again! Was treated super poorly by the OWNER! She did not want to honor my reward from my app . Then why do you provide them!!! Nothing bundlt Cake sent an email with a bogo, which was awesome. It does not specify that you are allow to use one coupon per day. I was going to use my app reward and the cashier already had scanned the barcode when the owner came from the back to say to cancel the order as I already had use the email bogo. Waste of my app code you know how long I was saving my points!!. Definitely no sympathy from her! I hope it happens to her one day that way she gets a feel of how awful it feels when you are treated badly. I explained to her that It states on the email one coupon per transaction not per person per day. She did not like me from the start due to the reason that I was undecided which flavors to get. So rude of the owner she needs to retire! I been a customer for awhile and the workers have always been super nice to me. This store lost a customer due to the Owner!
