I came in last minute for a few bundtlets for my daughter's Birthday. One of the girls at the counter was quick to greet me and offer for help. It was also my birthday in a few days and she was so sweet and wished us both happy birthday with a free cake. Her name was Marissa and she made my week! This is the second time Iâve had the same experience with the same hostile Individual I went in last weekend and sheâs(I wish I got Her name) the worst person to deal with in such a beautiful establishment how unfortunate I would rather drive all the way to the Temecula location than ever walk back into the menifee location itâs cake it should be a sweet experience and itâs not

Never again! Was treated super poorly by the OWNER! She did not want to honor my reward from my app . Then why do you provide them!!! Nothing bundlt Cake sent an email with a bogo, which was awesome. It does not specify that you are allow to use one coupon per day. I was going to use my app reward and the cashier already had scanned the barcode when the owner came from the back to say to cancel the order as I already had use the email bogo. Waste of my app code you know how long I was saving my points!!. Definitely no sympathy from her! I hope it happens to her one day that way she gets a feel of how awful it feels when you are treated badly. I explained to her that It states on the email one coupon per transaction not per person per day. She did not like me from the start due to the reason that I was undecided which flavors to get. So rude of the owner she needs to retire! I been a customer for awhile and the workers have always been super nice to me. This store lost a customer due to the Owner!

Really racist management, i always go to Temecula one and theyâre awesome unfortunately i was on the area shopping something else, the cashier was super rude trying to rush me out to order, they refused to decorate the cake i was about to leave, literally open the door and came back inside to ask for a refund, manager Heather said no âbecause i left the bakeryâ. Never again, i know it wonât affect this person since sheâs not the owner but if youâre minority please take a few more minutes and visit the one in Temecula, save a bad moment.
The girl that helped me was rude, didn't try to hide it either.

I highly do NOT recommend this store. Itâs actually crazy how unprofessional and hateful the management is. When I went to this location all I could hear was the manager mistreating their employees in the back. The energy in the whole place was ruined due to management. I prefer to spend my money where I know employees are being treated greatly as they should, I can and will not support a business like this and you guys shouldnât either. They need new management and their employees deserve better.

If you want a decent cake sure go to Bundt cakes, but beware the owners terrible morales seep into those cakes! The employees are amazing and friendly!However the owners) show an extreme lack of care for their employees and work environment. The employees seem to be overworked/understaffed for the amount of customers coming in. The owner has showcased vindictive behavior towards employees, has underpaid their employees, and uses animalistic manipulation tactics to ruin her employees psyche. If you care about humanity and protecting employees, Bundt cakes in menifee is NOT the place!
