I have enjoyed their cakes for many years but I have never had the opportunity to stop in. Well today was the day, they have such a cute, clean store. Lots of gifts as well as a great selection of cakes. I can't wait to taste the snickerdodle but let.

My Wife & I ordered an Anniversary cake4 my Mother at thx location frm outa State! Wats Wrng w/ ppl in customer service here ??? So rude they gave Mom a tuff time picking it up although I called prior& Mom had all the info, Then the cakes custom Mesg Was Dine Wrng & MY WIFES NAME WAS LEFT OFF THE MESG #ALL BAD! I called Mngr Isabelle 2 see wat she wud do to correct it since I a repeat customer Every Yr& she insulted me saying I’ll giv U a .50 cent refund for the mistake on the card! Be careful when you buy a personal cake here. They gave me a very small carrot cake compared to the other flavors I bought. I asked to exchange it and the lady said no. It would have been good costumer service to give me a better quality cake. ?

Perfect cakes every time! :)I actually don't like cake, but these bundt cakes are an exception. Not only do they offer tasty flavors but the frosting is definitely the icing on the cake -- literally. I highly recommend their pop-up flavors that are only available for a limited time! They're always delicious and have us constantly coming back. My favorites are the Oreo and Churro Dulce De Leche! The shop always smells sweet and my favorite part is looking at the cakes in the display case! It is also one of the larger locations that we've been to. I called ahead multiple times to make sure that they didn't sell out of the limited flavor before I stopped by and the worker was very kind and helpful. Great customer service and even greater cakes! We'll definitely be back :)

I just want to start by saying, I don't like to leave negative reviews. I don't think I ever have actually. I called to place an order; I spoke to Evelyn. I understand it was busy(as I've worked in food service for 5 years in the past)but she was so rude and condescending on the phone that I decided against placing my order. She was even rude to whoever she was yelling at in the store. There's many other places, with people who are kind, that I can order from. Off putting /:

I had a great experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Menifee. Kaylee served me and she was very pleasant! I came in for my free birthday bundtlet. I love coming to NBC because it's always so festive inside. The store has some really cute items for sale. I bought a pretty, colorful glass cake plate from NBC. I've also purchased some fun candles. The Menifee store smelled wonderful and it was very clean and organized. And of course there's the obvious... you can't find a tastier, moister Bundt cake anywhere else. Well done!

Products and store are really cute. Aesthetic of the space is very pleasant....BUT staff are absolutely awful. Visited yesterday to grab some treats and were so excited. As soon as we step in we notice no one in the front but began to admire the store and look and the cooler case for flavor choices. Finally someone came in and she didn't greet us at all she was slamming things throughout the store. Slamming very loudly and even her cash register with the money slapping around and she seemed very ANGRY. I tried asking questions about flavors and before I finished my sentences she would answer bluntly and annoyed at my simple questions. We almost left because we felt so disgusted by her behavior but my husband urged me to try something and not let her terrible service let it stop me from enjoying a new flavor. Ambiance was shattered by her behavior and it took a lot for us to be pleasant and not ask to speak to a manager. The slamming of cash register, cooler doors, and boxes was just enough for me to never go back again. I rather drive to palos verdes, Los Angeles then drive 5 minutes to receive treatment like that. Including receipt for reference and to warn future buyers of this sale person.

The cakes are scrumptious and the Lady behind the counter was delightful! The minute you walk into this quaint little Bundt cake bakery you felt welcome! Their assortment of Large and small Bundt cakes is terrific! We purchased the White Chocolate Raspberry, Carrot, Lemon and Blueberry! We were not disappointed! Highly recommend this little shop!
