Definitely the best spot for a healthy protein shake or a enery drink! They also have kids sizes avaliable. Such a better alternative to Starbucks or other unhealthy shake places. The customer service is amazing! Don't be afraid to ask for help finding the right drink for you. 🔥👌

My favorite place to get breakfast! I always get the elevated tea and a muscle meal shake, and I usually get the same thing. I switch it up from time to time, and it let me to this. I got the new tea, called the Teana, which was created by the lovely Tina who works there. And for the shake I got a caramel mocha latte, because I love coffee. Can't go wrong with this establishment, especially if you love health and fitness, and want to keep the weight off.

My favorite that I’m currently obsessed with is the peanut butter praline!!!! Brought a friend here one time now she goes almost as much as I do!!! If you’re in the area or even out the area it’s definitely worth it!!!

Just happened to stumble across this place. And I’m glad I did. My drink was phenomenal and I’ll be back to try other items on their menu. Wish I didn’t just eat, because I would have grabbed a protein shake aswell. The owners were super polite and kind. Definitely will be back.

I not only love this place, but the comradery of this family owned establishment is the most unique business atmosphere I have ever encountered. The family knows how to make this establishment such a comforting place, gets to know you and actually wants to know how you are, help you in every way shape and form, and additionally are nutritionist - so they actually are providing not only a tasty product, but all the ingredients are genuinely going to reach any fitness goal you may have. I have always found it difficult to go to nutrition shops due to the lack of knowledge behind the people whom work there with the products they are blindly advertising, but I trust this place like no other. I love these people so much and if this review does not get you to get up off your chair (or whatever you're doing) to try the best tasting (and beneficial) protein shakes, coffee's, bites, tea's and more, then read it again. :) love you guys and you deserve the best
